We did a lunch time carry out order and the order said it would be ready by 1:14 to 1:24 I get there at 1:13 I'm there until 1:25 I called the store, they told me it would be ready in 8 mins. Keep in mind I'm on my lunch break... I finally get my order at 1:40. No apologies, the timer on the app never started. By far the worst experience. We have had in the years we have been going there.
They forgot our pizza, then brought the wrong one back uncooked after we complained and the girl said "what do you want me to do about it?" -your job ma'am. She also said there was no manager in the store when we asked for one(which there has to be a manager in store at all times). Then never brought the new one. Then refused to do redeliver and refund. Then Brandon said he was the GM, but we are told Bobby is the GM. Then he said he had other people to deal with and put us on hold. Then Brooklyn got on and said she doesn't know a Brandon. Then "Brandon" got back on and said I'm not delivering your pizza and I'm putting the phone back down.

There was no tracking for the order, which is not a huge deal, but when I finally received confirmation that the pizzas were delivered, they were cold at my door.Additionally, every time I order from this location, the pizzas slices are never fully cut.Typically pizza is supposed to be a very simple ‘grab and go’ meal!Have not experienced this issue before, out of the dozens of pizza parlors I have ordered from in the past.The first time we ordered from here was when we moved into our new house. It was a very long, exhausting day and I relied on them for our family’s first dinner.The pizzas were burned, toppings were sloppy and because we had not unpacked yet (knives) and they do not cut their slices all the way, the pizza was completely ripping to shreds. Definitely not a good first impression.We tried over and over to give them another chance, but still have yet to receive one completely successful/positive order from here.I love Dominos but it is time to move on to a different location.
The food is always delicious and I've never had a mistake with my order.On the other hand, the wait is usually VERY long, likely due to the store's location and popularity. Order well ahead of when you need it. The food is always warm when I receive it, just very late.They're also suffering from the staff shortages as much as anywhere and most of the workers preparing food are getting away with not wearing gloves, hair nets, or masks. Again, I've never had any issues with my food, but I would advise against ordering from this location if that protocol breach worries you.
I order from this location often and usually dont have any issues but tonight's order was a nightmare. I usually have to only wait about 20 minutes tops for my order but tonight I had to wait over an hour for my order and the cashier lady and manager was rude to me and tried to take my order back because he didnt realize that I paid him already! He should have apologized to me and not argued with me as the customer is always right!
Is there a shortage of gloves? We always get pizzas from here but I sat in the parking lot and waited for my pickup order. The guy didn't use gloves to fix the pizza, used his hands to geab the pizza and put it in the box. I sat a d watched the guy rub his nose, wipe sweat off his head and rub his hair and went back to making pizzas! NASTY!!! This will be our last time! Nasty ppl making food for ppl disgust me!
Worst dominos that I have used this is the second time we have ordered delivery order and both times they say the driver is making multiple delivery but by time I get our order it is luck warm.
Rude customer service. Not worth dealing with them. Better to go to the dominos on Virginia rd.
I always order from this location.I don’t think they participate in the “$50 million if free food” promo.I have literally order like 12 times since it started and not something given free.
