Great pizza and customer service, i placed a wrong order initially and the staff were so helpful and fixed the problem right away. The pizza was served fast and the toppings were done right!
We ordered pizza from here last evening. The toppings were about one third of what we get from other locations. I like Domino's but this particular location not so much. Maybe better to drive another 5 to 10 minutes and pickup from another location. Also didn't get chilly flakes like we get from other locations or maybe they were paid here. Just a request, be more gracious with the toppings, you could be improving or ruining someone's meal. Be on the right side.
Tried ordering a pizza online and it it gave an estimated time of 26mins for delivery. When I got to checkout it wouldn’t allow me to pay, it kept giving me an error. So I called it’s not 11:30pm and a guy answered and said that they closed at 11:30 tonight even though online it said 12 so I asked to speak with a manager and identified himself as Grant and I asked why were they closing early and if that was a norm for this location and he said that they were short staffed. And i was more than willing to come pick it up being only 5 mins away but he stated again they were closing. He wasn’t rude or anything but if they could’ve allowed carry out only, even being short staffed.
I'm sorry if I complain about this until today! But yesterday that I order 2 medium pizza and boneless, the person who bring me my order leave everything on the floor? and the boneless were very small like one cut in half. I don't think it's fair that I pay 33.53 dollars and they send me that and leave my food on the floor.
I really liked the attention of the team, especially the girl at the checkout, too kind. the pizza was very good, pleasantly surprised
Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience. Called 1 hr prior to closing time and asked for them to remake a Alfredo pizza that was as dry as the Sahara desert... After I had already ordered it with extra sauce on the app for delivery. Employee told me they couldn't make it since "they wanted to get out of there early"
My order was incorrect but the way they handled it to make it right was A1. I highly recommend this location. You can't pay for good service and this location took responsibility and made sure I did not walk out without being a satisfied customer...
Ronald was amazing. Had to order a delivery for an event, he handled the order perfectly wonderful customer service, and helped to get the best deal for the order. Delivered the order on time as well. The guy deserves a raise!
Compared to all other stores around, this is the latest opened store. Since its opening, this is our default go-to store. I would have ordered more than 100 pizzas so far. Not a single time had an issue with my order. Compared to the other stores I find the baking perfect too. So far I always walked out appreciating the person whoever be it worked on my well-made pizza.
Be careful this place will steal you change!!. I gave the cashier “manager” a $20 bill they go to the back to get change and assume I didn’t remember what I gave him. He tried to give me back 2 dollars back and steal $10 from my carry out larger pizza order. I was shocked he would really try and rip me off. 2 other employees took his side and got hostile with me. I will never order and go to this location ever again.
