Will say that the order started off not so well. We ordered through DoorDash and half our food was missing. Contacted the location to inform them and we got ahold of Gary. He went out of his way to make the order right. He is the owner and personally delivered our order and made sure the whole order was remade so it would be a hot and fresh dinner. I will definitely be ordering from this location again.

We’re original Dillas patrons from the original location opening week. It’s been so amazing to watch this company grow. This is our first (but definitely not last) visit to this location. The restaurant was clean, the team here is friendly, and the layout is perfect.I ordered a Build a Dilla with chicken, cilantro, and mushrooms with double fries. The Dillas stuffed to the brim and perfectly crispy on the outside. The fries came out perfectly cooked with a nice crunch and expertly seasoned. The ranch was also light and flavorful.Overall can’t wait to go back! Thank you!EDIT/UPDATE: We placed an identical order through their website and got a pickup order. The team is very quick to check your order when you wait under the pickup sign which is awesome. We drove the 20 minutes home and the food was still warm and perfectly cooked. The best part is the clearly label each item. This is perfect if you have a large order! All around, Incredibly impressive.
I got the Lonestar( gorilla sized) and it was amazing! Wasn't super impressed with the black beans or the corn salad, but my wife had the fries and they were very good. I also had the fresh squeezed limeade, and I highly recommend it!
I highly recommend the Buffalo Chicken Gorilla quesadilla, it’s awesome man!! Portion size was perfect and the amount of filling is generous. Clean restaurant, employee interaction was pretty cool to watch. The crew looked more like a family. Kaitlyn suggested both the fries and chips and she was on point. Dilla’s needs to sell that seasoning!! Kaitlyn brought our food over to us telling us to enjoy! Wow!! We sure did enjoy our food and we will be back!!
*While we were waiting at the drive-thru I noticed they have designated parking spots for online pick up orders. *The food was good but we were a little disappointed that the gorilla chips and gorilla fries didn’t have the cheese poured over them. Instead you get one small cup of cheese with each order. ? It thickens quickly so you aren’t really able to dip anything in it after 5 mins of opening the cup. Next time we’ll go inside to eat. Everything else was great.
I love Dillas. They have great food, great environment, and the whole place is a silly reference to Naploian Dynamite so it's awesome all around. I've tried everything on the menu over time and I've loved it all. Huge pizza sized Dillas for the big game or lunch meeting kick butt! Queso is great!
Im from New Mexico of course I'd pick the one with the Hatch green Chile! Was tasty , those seasoned fries was fresh and yes salty risky anywhere you order that style. Ask for seasoning you get it.lol Not a big dining area and it gets noisy, chatter loud..at lunch. Food came out quick and employees getting the job done. Good eats good day.
Talk about a business that goes above and beyond for the community! Thanks to Gary and all the Dillas staff for everything you do for teachers and students in McKinney ISD! Great food, great service, and above all great giving back to this city!
I was really excited to try this place out. Unfortunately the quality was a lot lower than expected. Just know its more fast food than high quality and you won't be disappointed. I dig the variety.
