Food was okay but the service was horrid. We planned a fun picknic and this was our big extravagance for the week. We spent $31 at the drive thru to get the MOST miserable and unfriendly service and when asking for condiments you would have thought I asked her to kiss my dog. Unreal truly. Fries half full sandwiches 75% bread. No wonder the parking lot is always empty. I highly recommend going to Plano for Dickys. I won’t be back to this location. Shame on them
All other locations uve LOVED the BQ but at this one as many others have said, iy is hit or miss. When I've got a pound iy is either less then and real fatty and less then a quarter ir meet. Some times it's the best buy again hit or miss. I went in the other day when they had a lot of employees in there and the food WAS AWESOME and on spot. But going through drive through makes me never want to eat there again. I SURE HOPE their Corp people read these and hope they snap this one in line as I have always loved their food and never had this problem at othe relocations
Won’t be returning due to the frustrating and argumentative staff. I requested barbecue sauce 3 times and was denied it leaving me with a dry inedible sandwich. I wouldn’t be so livid if I wasn’t left with a dry, inedible, overpriced sandwich when all they had to do was just give me my stupid barbecue sauce. Thanks for nothing.
$14 for one meat plate: room temperature, lean brisket. (This was the actual size of the servings given.)$14!$14?Needless to say, we won't be back.
Food was good but it's obvious that this restaurant is taking some extreme cost cutting measures by reducing portions and removing their BBQ sauce from their tables. You have to go up to the meat server to request additional portions of BBQ sauce. I'm not sure if I'll be back due to my lackluster experience here.
I hadn't been to this Dickey's in over a year and wanted something to take home to eat. My sausage was in no way a pound. My baked potato casserole container was only 3/4 full. The taste on the ribs wasn't right. I won't be going back.
My buddy kept telling me this was his favorite Dickey’s. He swears their brisket is better but I was skeptical. I’m not sure if it was any better, but it sure was tasty. Perfectly smoked and delicious. I’ll be back for sure.
I just got some ribs and I tell you they was not good at all, I spent $25 for some dried out ribs. I'm a pit cooker and I won't ever come back to you guys again. Them ribs was just to dry.
I ordered the 2 - Meat plate to go. The ordering process was challenging. It seems as if they were training multiple personnel while I was there. The process took longer than normal. The food was good. The presentation was great. They have plenty of food options. Prices are going up everywhere.
Literally every single person I encountered on my last visit was exceptional. I purchased a pack thru the drive thru and they had gotten my order wrong so when I called up there the guy on the phone was so nice and said I could come switch it out. I did, and when I got up there they had my food hot, bagged and ready to go. When I got home the 2nd time I realized it was me that made the mistake and I was really embarrassed but appreciative of how everyone there handled my "Karen" moment and my replacement request. As always the food was hot, fresh and smokin good!!
