Absolutely the best tacos I’ve ever ate at DQ. Fresh hot delicious!
Choose to try Dq since I haven't been in a while. Ordered to chicken tender basket and a cheesy steak finger basket. Got home and received two steak finger basket and 1 cheesy basket. Not only did I get the wrong order but the food was so greasy my family couldn't even eat it. And the cheesy finger were just basic no cheese. Now I see why I don't go.
We there to just pick up a couple of ice cream cones because it was particularly warm and sat in line for 45 mins. Normally, i wouldn't complain about issues like that but the parking lot is so small that the line from the drive through spills into the street after about 3 vehicles causing backups and traffic. If you don't mind the wait at busy times, the ice cream is good and solid portion size for the money.
This has always been my favorite place to go in the past for their Peanut Buster Parfait. Yet I didn't purchase anything nor go inside. My family members got the Banana Split, the Dilly Bar dipped in Chocolate and a plain Vanilla Dilly Bar. They were all very satisfied and truly enjoyed their ice treats over another competitor who's name want be mention. Which they had the night before and were extremely dissatisfied with the service and their ice treats.
It had been at least 8 years since we had been here, but after a great day in downtown Mckinney we just had to stop here on our way home for a Blizzard. The place has not changed. It is still clean, staff is friendly and the Blizzards are still thick and delicious.
March 22, 2022- Just wondering if Any employee is attending Drive Thru. I have been waiting since 7:19pm its now 7:49pm. I have 4 vehicles in front of me the line is backed up to the street for Drive Thru. LOBBY IT LOOKS LIKE, JUST TWO CUSTOMERS ORDERING. THAT IS IT and TWO CUSTOMERS waiting for Order THAT IS IT. Will have patience and wait until attended.Update: Ordered, and Received my purchase at 7:55pm.
Even when it was very busy tonight we had a very nice and polite customer service! The drive-thru wait was worth it!
Worst place every I waited for 30 minutes in a line for a kid to take my order. I got my order but they forgot my fries, I politely stated I would gladly just pull over to the side and wait for the fries that way you could keep going with the service. The girl then tells me OK pull over to the side and will bring out your fries. So I’ve been waiting an extra 15 minutes in this guy comes out with this brown bag laughing and I’m wondering why he’s laughing he said here you go I made you some fresh fries. I then said thank you as he chuckled off I looked into my bag for my fresh fries and all I seen was a bag full of catch-up packages. I am so upset about this that I went inside of the store and I confronted him he then started to laugh again and said oh I forgot to put your fries in the bag here you go I proceeded to dump the ketchup on the counter as he passed me the fries I declined. Worst place to eat at don’t go here you will be waiting forever and these young kids will play all over your food !
This is the place to go for homemade burger fries and your favorite ice cream treats. I’m a big fan of their steak sandwiches ( no mayo + mustard). Yes!! This is a great restaurant to sit, eat and enjoy your meal like old times.
My food was ready quickly and made to perfection! My chocolate malt was fantastic as well and the manager Ashley was very friendly!
