I recently started coming with my family this year and have always seen great management and best food choices to eat!The new lemon pepper chicken tender are amazing!!!
30+ minutes to get a plain burger and fries. The restaurant wasn't even busy. The cooks that could speak English were too busy flirting with the waitresses and could be heard doing so out in the dining area. Couldn't tell what the spainish speaking cooks were yelling about. Overall, absolutely horrendous experience. Its a wonder how this restaurant is even still open.
Person who seated took a minute to just talk. The food was fast and good. Fries were a bit mushy. The waitress was good and checked back a couple of times, offered a drink to go and a doggy bag.
the manager for mothers day was very racist and didn't want serve our family!!we waited well over a hour for our food! the server even told us that the manger deliberately looked over our order and we was over looked, how ever everyone walking in after us is getting they food! our family has been regulars here for years but as of today that comes to end!your manger is a poor excuse of a man
My family and I were once regular customers of Cotton Patch cafe. Unfortunately this location has definitely gone downhill in my opinion. After our experience today we will not be patronizing again. It was so bad it almost seemed like the employees who filled the order were angry or something, I can’t imagine anyone thinking sending this order out was okay. ?Via Uber Eats I ordered two kids meals, a bowl of chicken and dumplings, and a trio dipper. The trio dipper came with not nearly enough chips, many of which were stale and inedible. Also two tiny containers of salsa (think condiment containers), brown guacamole, and a very small amount of queso. For a $10 appetizer this was basically worthless. Also my bowl of chicken and dumplings was completely left out of the order.I hate it because this used to be a great place to eat. But this is the last $40 I will waste on ordering here.
My husband and I ate at this location and the food was great! Our server Gilbert was excellent! He made us feel like we really mattered. He always checked on us before and after we got our food. You need more servers like him.

I had a great experience today! My mom and I were having an early dinner with Stella and Josh taking care of us! They were just amazing! Everything about the meal was perfect. The service was OUTSTANDING! I cannot compliment Stella and Josh enough! Will definitely be back when I come back to see my family!
Just ate there with my sister. Was greeted almost immediately. Food was amazing and the staff was even better. Our Waiter Hayden was very attentive and had a very positive attitude. the energy was just friendly and we will definitely come back to this location soon!!
