Alright. So I believe myself to be a bit of a breakfast burrito connoisseur, and was dying to try something new with my son. We decided on Cookies, as the reviews were good. And, well, daaaaaaang it was awesome. Huge burrito for $10, was breakfast and lunch, salsas were tasty with a nice heat, and the ranchero sauce....I could've just had a bowl of that. Great work Cookies, I'll see you soon!!!
Wow was my first thoughts walking about of this quaint cafe. Very delicious, authentic Mexican food. Had a chat with the manager there and he was very kind and hospitable. Even gave me a delish concoction for my hang over, on the house! It worked! Worth a visit but can be busy and seating is limited so get a takeout order if need be. Don't miss out on this hidden Mckinney gem.

So this place is a little difficult to find and the parking sucks but the food was delicious! All of the workers were extremely kind and friendly. I got the birria beef tacos. I believe they have the traditional goat ones too. The salsa for the tacos were really good but I preferred the green! The place was decently busy but still got food out in a reasonable time. Can't wait to come again!
Fresh homemade tortillas. Great toppings. The salsa is second to none. Two thumbs up!
I feel it's a bit pricey, but it may also be due to the area it's in (where everything is overpriced). The flour tortillas are delicious and I believe hand-made. The barbacoa is PERFECT!! I love that it's this delicious, melt in your mouth meat without the overwhelming flavor. It is a little greasy, but what barbacoa isn't? Service is a bit slow, but they make up for it with their food and great attitude.
Absolutely awesome breakfast burritos. We got a chorizo and one sausage and they were amazing. Best we have tried in the area. Can't wait to go back and try the Chile Releno.
