Amazing staff! We ordered the half order of brisket quesadillas, not realizing they were filled with jalapeños. We told them and they made us a whole fixed order for no charge, and discounted us for the issue. Excellent customer service, very appreciative.
Tried coming in for dinner tonight, arriving at 10:15 pm. My husband and I were greeting by a young blonde hostess. " Hey yall welcome in! Just so you know our kitchen closes in 5 min." OK! Turn to walk out and my husband says your kitchen closes in 5 mins even know yall don't close till 11:30? Hostess says yes. So we walk out, get in the car and I decide to call to speak with a manager. Upon asking the manager what time they close he says 11:30 at that point I told him what the hostess said, he apologized and said he'd talk to her. I stated that we are still in the parking lot. What manager doesn't try to win back a guest? We didn't want free food or anything to that sort. Just want to eat and go!If yall are lacking in sales now you know why.
We order a lot online for pickup quite often and Chili's has the process down better than anyone! Their website is easy to use and our order is always done on time and correctly. We enjoy eating in as well and the staff is friendly and takes good care of us.
Gotta say since being diagnosed with Celiacs Disease there’s not many places with gluten-free options.Chili’s gets the lifestyle and with their options you can never go wrong!Excellent service every time I walk in for my take out!Greatly appreciated!
Stopped in here to meet a friend for a quick drink. I had a Margarita on the rocks and then, a coke. My friend had a soda and we shared some Chips and Salsa and some Queso. The server was friendly and very attentive. The Queso was a little on the thin side but good. No complaints.

Prison food. Over priced for poor quality. Should have gone to Whataburger tonight.
