Unfortunately this location is pretty dirty and the food wasn't fresh. The avocados in my salad were dull and littered with black spots. The crispy chicken on top of the salad was also cold and chewy, definitely not freshly made or anywhere close to that. The staff were very unprofessional and one even shouted 'boo' so loud to spook another staff member that my toddler started crying. Even I and my husband jumped at the sudden shout. The only redeeming quality was our server who did her best with what she had to work with.My family loves chili's in general, but will not be coming back to this location.

We generally love Chili's but this location, at least at the time of our visit, lacked a lot of what Chili's normally offers. They were out of food items and the drunks in the bar were allowed to be as loud and obnoxious as they wanted to be. Even to the point of getting into a verbal confrontation with another table who asked them to please keep it down. I would just about guarantee that they over serve those people. We we're taking to our seats as soon as we got there no wait. However the appetizer took almost an hour to come out. The entrees followed closely behind. We ordered the 2 for $25 which came with the cheesecake for dessert. The cheesecake came out about 30 minutes after we asked for it. All around it just was not a good night for the location.

I got the lunch break quesadillas this time. I eat here often. And my food order gets worse and worse. I order to go because I’m at work and every time they forget something, usually silverware. I have to drink my soup. This time the Pico, sour cream and silverware. My food was cold when I received it, and I ordered it there. The to go lady seemed to be in a hurry, so I didn’t bother. This place seems to be declining. 1 quesadilla not pictured only had cheese in it. But as you can see each one has only a little bit chicken and they’re huge pieces I had to cut the chicken up… and spread the bacon apart otherwise I got a big chunk of bacon bits in 1 bite. The flour tortillas was super hard and to fried, it would crumble when I would bite into it. Probably the worst quesadillas I’ve ever had. In the lunch order you only get 4 quesadillas, but you get chips and salsa. But for $9-$10 it’s not worth it. Bottom line is don’t get the quesadillas here.

Our waiter, Jayce, was the highlight of our experience. Great waiter! Should be working at higher end restaurant!!!The rest of our experience was terrible! Restaurant was the dirtiest Chili's we have ever been to in Texas! Floors were absolutely disgusting...looked like they weren't cleaned in a while. Almost tempted to call health depth to check the cleanliness of this restaurant. Restrooms were just as disgusting.Ordered coffee which I NEVER got.Love Chili's food, but I would NOT recommend this Chili's to anyone! Find another location!

We picked up curbside only to find missing items when we got home. When we called, twice….we were told the manager was to busy helping customers in the location and we should call back in an hour or so and try again. Horrible customer experience…..apparently pick up customers are second class. Chilis is off our restaurant list.

The bartender Mark at this chili’s location is definitely one of my best drinking and dining experience I’ve had at any of your properties. Should teach a course in customer service. Excellent

Always a great experience! If you have a small group sit in the bar. Best service! It is great to have the servers we have there.

Customer Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️Ambience: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Cleaniness: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Went there twice with family. Same experience both times. They need to mostly work on improving their food which is the main reason for me to go out restaurant. Chicken crispers werr way to hard. Boneless wings wetr unevenly cooked, some were very hard and some very soft.

Might be filthiest restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Majority of the tables were covered in dirty dishes and food. There was also food everywhere on the ground. Not to mention the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.

At first I was going to give them 3 stars off the bat. Because the baby changing table was horrendously dirty. It either had mold on it or someone smoked something on it.But 4 stars for the sweet waiter. The one with the short blond bob haircut. We came because I called ahead of time and the lady on the phone said they sing happy birthday to kids. Well..... Sadly she lied.My 1 year old came with us. But at the end of the meal, she happily announced it to the entire place and everyone clapped. Worked just as well ! I'd like to personally thank her for that because we could not have an expensive party this year due to covid. The food itself was great ! I will say, the steak had just a little too much seasoning on it. A little too salty for my taste. If you don't eat pork like me, ask for no bacon bits on top of the mashed potatoes, or you'll have to sit there and rip them off with a fork. It's a topping with the melted cheese. I should have mentioned that. The mashed potatoes were good. My baby ate almost the entire plate along with some avocado pieces. My other son ordered a pizza and mashed potatoes. These are really meant for kids, as they were soft with little to no crispiness. The fries can be a little salty too so we opted for adding no seasoning. They tasted great !The blooming onion was delicious too. The seasoning on it made it a tad bit sweet as well. Finally the lava cakes were amazing ! Like probably the best cake I've had in awhile. We didn't leave any left over. Our total came out to 57+ dollars today. Each entree was from 10-16 dollars.
