Just left this place ordere the #4 combo. Chicken was old and not fresh!! Super small pieces! Cold mashed potatoes not to mention the casier very rude and Nonchalant when I tried to explain my experience here! Never will i return!!!
Sat in parking lot for 25 minutes after they took our order and money. Said they had to cook the fish. Hush puppies and chicken cold. Fish was hot. Forgot one of our drinks. Why? Off my list of places to eat.
Chicken is fresh, hot, tasty. Okra is wonderful. Mac and cheese is great. Not sure if there's a dining room. Wait at the drive-thru was not bad.
Ordered 4 chicken tenders, very disappointed. These tenders are not full size strips. Looks like they cut 1 chicken strip to make multiple tenders. Definitely not worth $7.00.
We were coming from out of town for a graveside service. We were trying to feed 27 people. Stan was amazing. He helped us with all the food, paper products, drinks etc.He made sure it was all still hot when people were ready to eat. He remembered all the small things I might have forgotten…. Serving spoons, sweet and low etc. Thank you Stan for all you did to make this go so well. Tammy Layman
i love this place. it is the best chicken restaurant in town. super friendly staff. rarely out of menu items. drive-thru can be slow at times, but good things come to those who wait. would definitely recommend to anyone looking for chicken.
Lobby was closed and on the door says it is open. Food was good and customer service could be better. Overall ok for fast food.
Extremely friendly staff, always so sweet to me and my family. Feels like they cook the food fresh around lunch when I go so it's always delicious!
Everytime I fly down to Texas I go to this Chicken Express. I love the fried okra. Of course the chicken is yummy as well.
