Grandkids from Arizona were in and this restaurant at this location was selected. What a great management team and crew. Everyone was positive from the time we arrived and left.
I am not a big fan of Chick-fil-A. However, I have to admire how efficiently they move their massive crowds through their store. The person you order from who's standing out in the open also takes your payment and then you pull into another area and wait for your food. It looks like it was created by efficiency experts, successfully.
Always good the 4 piece tenders, the grilled sandwich, and the sun joy tea, wow you can't get any bettter,and the owner Cristy in McKinney TX ,off Hardin ,and 380 ,she came out and spoke to us she was so sweet, answered all the questions we had, I just love Chick-fil-A.
This is your typical chick fil a , not much else to say . The food was good and the service was fast. I have no complaints.

Overall the same dedication to customers as any Chic-fil-A but newer and the location is awesome!!! Easy access, no bottle necking traffic jambs trying to get in the drive thru! Staff great, friendly, and food is excellent as always! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I have had no problem with the night crew when coming through the drive thru. However the day crew is absolutely ridiculous with their poor attitude and how they handle situations. A few days ago I went through with my friends and the order taker accidentally made a mistake with our order so we pulled up to the window to fix it. Instead of getting nice and understanding hospitality, the day crew girls working the drive thru were completely rude getting mad at us as customers, rolling their eyes and getting frustrated because there was a mistake made. We also over heard them talking about the order taker saying he was dumb and to be taken out because he was repeatedly making mistakes, no one thought to maybe go help him out. I've worked at chick fil a and I know damn well that is not the customer service they train us to have. The day crew better get their act together and learn how to treat customers because I will not tolerate it.
What can I say except it’s Chick-Fil-A! Excellent service and great food. Oddly, no matter how long the line is I never spend more than 5 mins in the drive-thru. I have spent more than 15 mins just waiting to order at McDonalds.
They've indoor sitting very spacious and clean,lots of seating. Had grilled chicken delicious waffle fries good and soft not greasy.
