So I went to Chick-fil-A on Custer and 121. I was in line for 16 mins. Then the customer service was horrible , no greeting in fact the server had an attitude. I asked the clerk is my strawberry jam in the bag, she says yes IT’S IN there changing the tone in her voice like I upset her. Just to get home and no Jam in my bag. I will never visit this location again.
I really wanted to like this location. After about 10 times visiting, I have been greeted once. And only by the older woman who works the front counter. If you’re picking up an order, you have to go up and interrupt someone to get your order. It’s often just sitting there on their counter. I don’t care about people greeting me at all. I just want my food. As a note, this has been my experience no matter how busy or slow they are. I literally hate leaving bad reviews for fast food because people are so overworked but I leave here frustrated every single time. Plssss do better so I don’t have to drive to a different store. ❤️

Playground at this location is still closed. The manager approached me when my kids joyfully ran into the playground because that's what we go to Chick-fil-A to do is eat and play. No smile on her face. Just grouchy look, scolded us for going in. Why is playground at this location and only this location still closed after this long? It just makes the restaurant look junky with all those partitions and boxes all over covering the playground.
Owner flat out does not address Chick-fil-A CARES or survey feedback despite multiple follow-ups. Only seems to care that revenues stay up, and isn’t interested in actually providing the customer service that CFA restaurants have become nationally renowned for.
I have been to dozens and dozens of Chik-fil-A's and this one has some serious issues with Uber orders. 2 different orders in a row. Long wait time and 1 cancelled by the Chik-fil-A app apparently because the customer ordered it before breakfast and then after they started making it, breakfast was over and they cancelled it in the app. Too bad for the customer. Unlrofessional staff as well. Like nothing I have seen at a Chik-fil-A. This franchise owner needs a good kick in the rear to get this place running well.
We went to Click-fil-A to pick up a sandwich that they missed from our previous order. I felt offended because I couldn't explain it clearly and they looked at me like I was from the outspace. Luckily, since I called them the day it occurred, they found us in the system. It was not a pleasant experience because the way I was treated.As an ESL person, eventhough my English in not made in the US, what I paid are 100% US dollars! Also, the reason I like Chick-fil-A is because of its culture and southern hospitality. I am disappointed today. I hope it is an isolated incident. I ask my son to always double check his order so I don't have to experience the same thing again.
The management was terrible. I went through the drive thru to get my food and promptly yelled at by I believe the manager (tall blonde lady). I then went inside because most of my food was missing, and again was treated poorly by the manager at which I found out her name is Corrie. Just terrible. I will never be coming back here and neither should any of you.
