I just went to Chick-fil-A four minutes ago I first of asked for two orders of chicken minis for my kids for breakfast. The lady asked what kind of condiments did I want I asked for grape jelly, she repeated back to me grape jelly? I said yes grape jelly went to the drive-through got my order and did not get any grape jelly had to eat the dry little minis and one of them had a bread crumb or the breading from the chicken nuggets it was not even an actual chicken nugget. I usually love Chick-fil-A, very disappointed.
Slowest line for a chick fil a I’ve ever been in. Not my first time through. I love chick fil a and they are super nice, but need to get the drive through in order.
Best Chick-fil-A ever! Hands down! They were closing early for the winter storm and I am so sorry I came in so close to closing time but they welcomed me with open arms and even custom made my salad the manager was so accommodating even though they had sold out! Nina at the front desk had the biggest smile and sweetest attitude I will drive out of my way to come to this location! Thank you for making an icy cold day warm and friendly!
I want to say thank you for the great experience I had this morning. I came from work to buy my breakfast, only to realize that I forgot my wallet at home ( I always go to work with my wallet). I was about canceling the order but Edward told me that it’s been taken care of. I’m grateful that i was able to get my breakfast after work. Thanks so much.
Food doesn't outway the ridiculous wait times. I mean really you have like 5 items on menu. You should have a massive assembly line pushing sandwiches, nuggets and fries non stop. Much revenue is lost as folks see line and keep driving. 30+min every time.
Has to be the slowest Chick FilA!!! 15 min still haven’t gotten food!!!! But the drive thru is motoring along! Why offer dine in at all.
I decided to download the chick fil a app today! I thought “this should be more efficient and heck I can earn rewards”. I ordered and arrived within 10 minutes. I ended up waiting for about 25 minutes to get back to the office and see that the made up my order entirely wrong. Guess I’ll delete the app and wait in the long drive thru lines again. ??
We frequent this chick fil a often despite the ridiculously long wait time. But this time, as if waiting in line for 45 minutes isn’t enough, we get to the front and our bag is missing several items. We let them know and they ask for the bag back to check it (as if we were lying). The cashier proceeds to hand the bag to who I assume is a manager, and he literally puts his entire face in the bag to check before adding the missing items. So unsanitary & unprofessional. Never again. We’ll go a few minutes further down the road to the other chick fil a from now on.
This is the slowest chick-fil-a I have ever been to. I went several months ago and it took 30 minutes to get through the line. I thought maybe they just had an off night. Came back and waited 45 minutes. Avoid this place.
