This Chic-fil-A location discriminates agents of law enforcement. Apparently, per management, “Correctional officers do not qualify as law enforcement but include Sheriffs, Police officers, and Firefighters.” When up to 8 months ago it was known to be that this specific Chic-fil-A location Correction officers were eligible for the “Law Enforcement discount” for meals, when in uniform amongst my co-workers and I. Terrible experience and I will no longer invest in this Chic-fil-A location for its discriminatory behavior.
Not a good experience today. Person rushed to my car to get my order. Told him I needed a menu. He raced to get one but brought a breakfast menu instead. He never found one before we got to the normal ordering kiosk. I specifically asked for ketchup, straws, sauces and napkins. Window person said all was in bag. Drove away then found none were in the bag. Then found out no ice in the drinks. Bottom line, there is too much rush and inadequate training of staff. Recommending but check your order before driving away.
One of the rudest racist places to visit. I return a breakfast sandwich that was wrong. They have me a grill breakfast chicken sandwich instead of the crispy sandwich. One guy there is dumb as bricks, I handed him the grill sandwich and he gave me a biscuit with only egg and cheese as though I was lying. Then he said I only have two French vanilla creamers left, when I went back to return the sandwich I asked from half and half and he handed me french vanilla. Then a white old man ask the customer do he want a black coffee and looked at me. What a disgraceful place.
Placed order online ... Went to wrong location .Saw on email order it was at this location after also Eldorado location said they did not have order. Called to make sure and at first told they did not have order. After giving the associated the order number he said it was already picked up ? I asked to speak with management. Josh came on phone and precede to tell me because it been over an hour and already picked up he could not replace my order! I then asked him so anyone can just walk up and take an order ???You dont check ? He said yes ... No confirmation of order payment ? So you are saying you took my money and will not render my food order ? He said Yes ... Will not replace order .Okay lets see what cooperate has to say about this ...Apparently if you want food you can just walk up and take paid food at this place !!!! This is stealing . Hubby was told same thing after driving 30min from one store to the other one !!! Unbelievable with the service we got from this place ...
I never give 5 stars because I feel there is always room for improvement however, Chick-fil-A has what it takes to be successful and is displaying that every single day that they are open! This companies business ethics are top notch!
Anna, TX location is closest to me. Love the salads & I treat myself to an Original sandwich occasinally. Service is always fast & order is CORRECT. Staffed by lots of younger people who are well trained( on the job & apparently at home)as they're always courteous & professional.
Wonderful service, quick friendly and exceptionally delicious and fast. I'm coming here again to the 75 and 380 Chick-fil-A. The owners are amazing!!
Awesome for a fast food place. My daughter and I went into the dining room after ordering. We almost never do that in fast food places any more. Staff surprisingly friendly (all speaking English well). Bathrooms clean - like in a home.
I’m not from this area and I’ve visited now for a 3rd time. Each time has been worse than the last. I’m not expecting fine dining quality from a fast food restaurant but I’d expect better from Chick-fil-A. My entire meal was wrong. I ordered a Chicken sandwich meal and was given a nuggets with Mac and cheese as a side when I’d ordered fries. I didn’t notice until I was about 30 minutes away. Again, I’m not from here so I just expected it to be better than the last 2 times but I can guarantee I won’t be back. I’d rather get gas station food than to deal with this and their poor customer service.
Came in yesterday to order a delicious spicy chicken sandwich when this young man named Don told me the only delicious thing he’s eaten at this Chick-Fil-A was my mom in the freezer. I was asking for a refund and said I wanted to speak with a manager but before I could finish all I heard was “Don Don Donnn..” definitely won’t be bringing my mom here anymore. Thanks Don
