Our server was attentive, offered suggestions and genuinely friendly. They have the tastiest bruschetta I’ve had in any restaurant and a delicious fettuccine alfredo. The zeppole is very generous in size and served with cannoli cream. We also ordered two pizzas, our favorite of the two was the Texas Heat. I love Neapolitan pizza, and theirs did not disappoint.
Brought my family here claiming best pie around. Ordered the McKinney and it came with maybe a half ounce of meat total. What a joke. Half the slice was crust. Either charge more and give me a good pizza or don’t serve at all. Not going back anymore. Rather have Pizza Hut. Called manager and said we will try better next time. Done with this place.
I'm done getting ripped off by these kids (because they're just kids, not pros like they're required to be for this type of pizza). They know absolutely nothing about pizza napoletana and how it's done, and it shows. It is often burned on the bottom, they "forget" to double the cheese when you order extra (it happens 4 times out of 5, so it can't be a coincidence), they don't clean the oven once every few pies they bake (old, burned flour is often visible, stuck to the bottom), they don't knead right, and the cornicione (the crust, basically) is often extremely chewy.Listen to me, remove that VPN certification from your boxes. VPN requirements are extremely strict and your pies are far from being worthy of such thing.
Terrible experience. Ordered a salad and two pizzas for pickup. One pizza was so undercooked is was inedible. Didn’t seem like it had been cooked. Salad was disappointing; small salad that was inaccurately described-should have been labeled a minuscule salad. Paid $50 for a meal that was totally unsatisfactory. Never again!!
This is coming from a past worker. I worked for cavalais for two and a half years. From my freshman year of high school, to halfway through my junior year. In this time I’ve seen cooking staff touch their mouth, and scratch themselves with gloves, then touch food. I’ve also been told by one of the managers to not clean tables that don’t appear dirty because it’s wasting time. Often they mix the dishes up with clean ones, so dishes can go without being washed. I have about a million stories about how unprofessional and disgusting this place is. The managers are beyond incompetent. I told the managers a million times that i have practice on tuesdays every week, and they would put me on the schedule to work tuesday every week. The managers would take our tips and wouldn’t allow us to take any breaks. DO NOT EAT HERE
Love the patio for dining, everything we ordered was amazing. I wish i could remember the waiter's name, but he gave us very good service. This is my 2nd time here, and ill be back.
Intimate dinning in a family friendly restaurant. The Artichoke dip was so good that it should be illegal. The single serving pizzas are excellent and made fresh to order. I know they have other things on the menu. But, I can never get past the pizza.
Excellent pizza
Bomb pizza Napolitano style. If you like thick crust American style pizza A la Pappa johns this isn't the place for you. This is wood brick over fired pizza with imported Italian ingredients cooked at 900 degrees for a perfect thin crispy crust. The house mad mozzarella is absolutely perfect, melt, stretchy and delicious. The desert pizza is sweet gooey and tasty cooked to perfection. This is a must eat for people who love Italian pizza.
I used to love Cavallis but they have been going down hill lately. I ordered a large margarita with half veggies and half meat, and the meat was pouring into the veggie portion. The pizza is so soggy that when I picked it up, all the toppings came off. There are a few slices with no cheese and has a lot of wetness, not sure what could have made it so soggy like that. Also the crust did not taste right. I have given them multiple chances and they never seem to live up to what they used to be. I am so bummed but I will not be going there anymore.
