Me and my lady didn't enjoy our food and I'm all about tipping, what I want to tip. I feel 20% is too high, that's damn near a quarter of what I paid for bad entrees. I like Buffalo just won't be going back to McKinney. I guess it's true that all franchise service aren't the same.
Foods always good. Bartender always remembers us and our orders. Kudos to her.
Just dropped in for drinks. Was after 10 and bartender was ready to go home. Ordered a top shelf Long Island and wife had a margarita. They both come out as if a bag of sugar was dumped in the glass. Very very sweet! I can’t comment on the food but wouldn’t recommend for drinks.
Horrible service! Guy in the front seems "annoyed" doing his job.. very unprofessional asked for a booth since we have a small toddler.. said booths were dirty and we needed to be seated in a table again we asked we needed a booth.. looked annoyed.. said he'd have to clean it and it'll be longer wait.. which we responded we still needed a booth.. walked over to the booth looking at his phone with no cleaning products.. then said we can't sit you in the booths there you'll have to wait till other customers leave.. made no sense but okay..
My food was good. Server was good. My buddy didn't get his food though til after everyone else ate because the cook(s) screwed up his order. Twice.
The food was amazing. I ordered through door dash and bww was so busy but the food was worth the wait and the order was correct. Taylor, the person that answered was so amazing at Buffalo wild wings......The whole team there deserve kudos kudos kudos. Thank you for showing up and making amazing food. And my dasher William. He is the man!!! If it takes 70 min but you get it hot and right.... it is so worth it. Taylor and William are my heros.
Let me start by saying I generally love BWW. I went to the location in Mckinney TX and if you are planning to eat and have some drinks this is not the place for you. This location literally times you and tells you when you are allowed to get your next drink. Never heard of this policy (in the state or at a bar) but they only allow 1 drink every 30 minutes regardless of what you have. We went in on a Saturday night around 8 and it was completely dead. I assume this is because of their drinking policy. The place was filthy and all the employees were just standing around. I spoke with the manager Chris about the policy and he said it was his decision when people could drink. Cutting people off for being intoxicated is one thing but this seemed to be about power. All I can say is congrats, no one wants to go to your restaurant. Hopefully this changes so I can go back. Food is generally awesome!! I added some pictures for context.
Absolutely disgusting and terrible experience. When served nothing came out together, and an older man server that wasn’t my original served my food and threw the forks on the table with a hatred look on his face. Not sure if it was my skin color the fact that me and my boyfriend were the only ones in the restaurant wearing masks but there was an issue period. Our food had zero sauce on it compared to the others in the restaurant and it was obvious that we were being treated differently. I’m the same age as many as the young servers and have no reason to leave a bad review without reason but this place needs better training in costumer service and food prep. I’m sure if you were served these wings you’d be upset too, never betraying wingstop again.
I got 20 pieces of regular wings. Normally they give half drums, half flats. I got only flats. I called to see if they could correct the order, and the manager Kelly refused. Horrible customer service. Never going back to McKinney store. Failed big time.
My favorite sauce is the Asian Zing on boneless wings. The food was decent. When I ordered the onion rings I was told the small wasn't available but the large was. Not sure how that happens lol Overall everything was decent, it's a standard BWW
