Came with my 3 girls and in laws. Was a big order, but worth the wait! Everyone got something different and there were no complaints! So yummy and creamy! Made fresh every day.. ?
I went with my friends only once so far. I have to say I am mindblown by the sheer tastiness of the ice cream flavors that I chose. (forgot what they were because it was 2 weeks ago that this event happened) It’s close to my house and other stuff so I would definitely come back here any day any time. The employees (forgot name, silly me so forgetful) were so friendly and took out my order within minutes, very prompt. Amazing job Brusters, yall put the real in real ice cream.
Went here for the first time today. Spoke with the owner and he shared where their cream comes from. He is passionate about their product and it shows. Excellent ice cream and will be going back.
Great Ice cream butif I am buying only one ice cream and sharing with my better half and/or if I have a toddler we have to pay to get extra spoon...I mean it's not much but 1 spoon per order when someone is sharing, doesn't make much sense. I get that we should be environment friendly but in that case stop serving ice cream in a cup..
Fantastic family-owned ice cream shop! Our first time visiting was great! We chatted with the owner who told us how the ice cream is made fresh daily with real cream. We tried several flavors, all of them were great. Absolutely recommend supporting this local shop!
Really good ice cream. The key lime pie was nice and tart. My daughter loved her birthday cake flavor.

I have been coming to this Ice Cream shop for a good while now. Probably about a year. I have had almost everything on the menu so far and I have enjoyed all of it. The service is great. In the beginning when I first started coming here it was amazing and as I have become a regular it has only gotten better. Its especially nice when they take notice of little things like my eating habits. I like to eat things in a certain order and they always hand it to me in that order. Now about the ice cream. Its thick with a nice creamy texture and they have it at the right temperature so that its nice and cold and melts in your mouth when you are eating it. My favorite item on the menu is the banana split, which is the best banana split I have ever had and I've had a lot of banana splits. Most places the banana split is gaudy and a pain to eat but here the banana is cut into slices with the other fruits so when you get a spoon you get a little of everything, banana, fudge, ice cream, whip cream, nuts (if you want nuts with yours). I would highly recommend. They also swap out flavors so they'll have something new every now and then to try.
If you're looking for high quality ice cream in McKinney, go here! I have been visiting this place since they opened. I ordered a chocolate shake and the guy behind the counter ask if I wanted chocolate ice cream or would I prefer an old fashioned. I was hooked, most places don't even know what that is. The customer service and knowledgeable employees never fail me.Oh ya... my kids refuse to get ice cream anywhere else... it's that good.
Average ice cream, poor, poor customer service and attitudes. This reflects from poor training. I know it is hard to find good team members now days, but please teach your team how to properly communicate with customers. My experience of ordering at your establishment was pure chaos. Watching your team in action, looked like a dog trying to herd cats. Staff were very rude. Save your money their are plenty of other ice cream places in texas to enjoy.Edit: I feel I must reply to your to response. Yes there are two sides to every story so I will tell mine. First I don’t enjoy giving one star, I rarely do. I know it’s is hard to be a business, I hope you can learn and improve. Second You have some of the facts wrong. You do not have audio in your video so it’s a he said she said problem. Yes there was a large party in front of us which I was happy to let them go first, because they arrived before me. I waited in line. I was not however happy to let 6 people from their group not present, randomly cut in front of me. there was not line and most of those teenager were standing in a big blob blocking the entrance to the window. This is what I explained to your staff member and I asked if she could take my order down I would wait however long for them to prepare. she was extremely rude with her response and refused service. I think she was under a lot of stress and didn’t know what to do. I have worked in the service industry, your system is bad you need to delegate duties, one person taking orders the rest preparing the orders like an assembly line. looking at your other reviews you twist the situation to paint Yourself in a better light, and blaming the customer for being belligerent. I was not rude or demanding, I simply ask not to be cut in line. In reality you need to work on your customer service training and systems. I am Sorry if you feel you don’t need to improve, your inability to take responsibility for you business will not gain you more customers.
