Awesome place for desserts and burgers.The place offers drive thru, takeouts and also dine-in. Great place to buy dairy products and they do have many options for ice creams and desserts. And their yogurts are a treat to have. Great place to hang out. I prefer late in the evening, I think that's the best time to visit the place.
One of the cleanest Braums I’ve ever been to. Food orders come out really fast. I was disappointed though with the food and drinks. My limeade needed more sweet lime flavor, burger was just bland and my malt milkshake had too little malt. Overall just lacked flavor.
Went on the 3rd to grab an early dinner with the family. The girl who was calling out the orders was more concerned with her boyfriend who was leaning on the counter talking to her the whole time we were there than helping out the rest of the crew running around trying to keep up with the rush. If our order hadn't been wrong, I'd probably care less, but clearly her priorities weren't on her job or orders being correct.In the past when I've worked food service jobs, having your significant other loiter in the restaurant with you all day to "hang out" wasn't acceptable.Floors were disgusting, our table tent had ketchup smeared on it. The bacon on the burgers was chewy, just an overall bad experience. Didn't seem like there was anyone in charge of anything at this location. The other locations in frisco are on top of things, just not this one.Again if the service had been fast and correct, I wouldn't care as much, but the goofing off affected both. As much as eating out costs right now, there's plenty of other places to spend the money at.
Ordered #2 combo, they didn't tell me a malt was free on the summer special til I saw it on the giant banner in the window... Had that corrected. I had to pick a semi dirty table to eat at... Got my order, braums and ketchup dispensers empty. Instead of filling them, they just brought me packets. Asked for straws, they said they're over there and never brought any out, had to go ask for them as over there was by the ice cream counter.... And I had to ask for napkins ... Guy said they were really busy, handed me some paper towels.... Place is a disaster, dirty tables everywhere. I mainly see the ice cream line busy, but nobody is taking care of the dining area or cleaning.... I ate my entire meal and snapped a couple pics, shows he empty it is, some people have come and gone. Not nearly as busy as they're claiming and still nobody has come to clean any tables or fill sauces, napkins, straws, whatever.... Oh, as I and wrapping this up, a guy is filling napkins now. But that's all he did....he didn't even wipe up the mess from the braums sauce dispenser...
Great ice cream offerings, but very dirty inside. Tables were obviously not cleaned and the floor was filthy. The person making the banana split forgot the banana! The ketchup dispensers were dirty and empty. Too bad because I have been to another, better location.
Great place for to get icecream and snacks. They have a small market inside as well.
It is no wonder to say Braum’s has the best A2 milk. Their variety of ice creams are so delicious at priced minimal… our friends who came from Iowa were surprised with their Old fashioned banana split.. Thank you braum’s for providing us the great dairy products.
The pictures says it all. Old nasty food. Throw it in the trash and start over! I’ve eaten Braums for years and still love their ice cream, but dang do you even try the trash your serving the customers? Don’t blame employee shortage, this is horrible leadership allow this garbage to be served. Get it together and hold the Braums brand with pride and do decent job preparing the food and I’ll gladly remove this one star and adjust it according. Make it right.
Just had one of the worst pieces of grilled chicken I have ever had. First of all, it looked about 2 Oz. When I bit into it, it was dry and room temperature and rubbery. The fries were old and unsalted. My husband said they were very busy. Usually when it is busy you get fresh hot fries if they are doing it right, but I got old fries that were sitting around.
I visit this location frequently for both the fresh market and the fast food. I have never had an issue here. I love their fresh produce and deals on ice cream. You can also order (fresh market items only) ahead through the app and pick up in 15 minutes. The market is separate from the fast food part so this makes sense. Their selection of ice cream, frozen yogurt, and sherbet is unbeatable. They also have lower sugar options. Some of our favorite ice cream flavor are pumpkin, hot chocolate, and peanut butter cup. I also love the Amaretto Cherry frozen yogurt. They always have a great selection of apples, oranges, pears, and all dairy items of course. On our last visit, my daughter and I shared a banana split. It was very large and perfect for two people to share. I have attached a photo to my review.
