Fresh dairy products. My family loves their ice cream and French fries.Also, their mini shopping grocery section is a great way to double up your ice cream trip into a grocery store run. Love their Milk!!
I'm frequently at this location and service is average. Some days good, some days not so good. This review is to hopefully give kudos to one employee in particular.On April 21 or 22, 2022, a tall black man was running the drive-thru window, taking and delivering orders. I didn't get his name which is why I described him instead.He was very helpful, friendly (actually, he was very bubbly) with a great attitude and spirit. I actually came home and was in a good mood because he made my day. His attitude surpassed those who work at Chick-Fil-A. That's saying a lot.If I carried cash, I'd have tipped him. Hire more people like him.
We buy A2 milk for our kid here and that’s really good.Banana split icecream is must recommended to try ☺️But their veg snacks options are very less
Went inside to order but no one was there to take a food order. After twenty minutes at front of line being ignored we just left. It would be nice to have some one say we'll be right with you or something. Seems like they prioritize drive through line than customers that go inside to order.
We buy our milk here every week. We're originally from Oklahoma- and grew up with a Braums down the street so it's nice to have that little bit of "home" here. I love the fresh market. I've only rated it at 3 stars because the food and ice cream side is nuts! You can tell their struggling with staffing and training issues but overall you can't beat Braum's Milk!
I had a cheeseburger combo. Cheese wasn't melted and the burger wasn't very warm. The fries were quite good and they were hot. Staff was friendly and very helpful and there is plenty of parking. I wasn't overly thrilled by the food and probably won't be back. The ice cream was delicious and that's the only reason I'll go back
DON'T VISIT this place unless you have time to kill. Waited 17 minutes in line for some of the best ice cream in the state only to be ignored by two employees who were to busy getting orders for the drive-thru. I understand that the pandemic has made it harder to get people but we were only greeted seven minutes in and made to wait the additional ten before we called it a wrap. Ignoring people in a line is not a good business practice and they lost this family for life.
Absolutely DISGUSTING!!!!From the dirty counters…No Gloves being used to scoop ice cream…to the poor customer service. I’ll just say the bad reviews are 100% TRUE. The pictures from those reviews are exactly what I walked into tonight and walked out of immediately! Very dissappointing.
We loved Braums for their flavors but I have to rate this place a three star, and that’s being generous because they have been on a streak. Every time one of our orders were wrong or forgotten at the window and they rush to push it together and it was very messy.
Didn't care for the dinner at all. Chicken strips fried to long, hard bread roll, Fry's was cold. The only decent thing that was good was the kid putting that came inside the dinner. That was my first time going. If I go again I will not get the food I'll just try to dessert next time.
