Solid joint and a decent price. Pizza came out hot and fresh and the meat lovers was delicious. Crispy and thick crust. They also have thin crust and pretty good kids options. Will be coming back for sure!
This place was next door to my hotel and I decided to try it out for lunch one day. I ordered a small thin crust Barro’s Special and added Italian sausage. The pizza was already ready when I arrived early to pick it up. The pizza was absolutely delicious! It was also big enough to eat a second time. I wanted to grab another before my trip ended but unfortunately couldn’t find the time. Barro’s Pizza is definitely on my list the next time I’m in the McKinney area.
I was never a fan of Pizza until now. Barro’s is really perfect pizza from the crust to the quality toppings, to the really well priced dinner. If you like pizza and you think chain pizza is good, Barro’s will BLOW YOUR MIND. My wife is an Italian and she loves this pizza. Ham, pineapple, onion, garlic, mushroom, green pepper, feta cheese, medium with drink for $20. We could only eat 2 slices each it was so filling.A note to the owners. If you keep the quality as it is now, even if you raise the price to do so, I will be forever a loyal customer.
Trash pizza and management that just doesn’t seem to care. Half the booths we tried to sit at the seats were disgusting. Tasted like pasta more than pizza. Super super oily and greasy, so much it was splashing on people as the pizza was being cut with the serving tool and served as it wasn’t fully sliced from the kitchen. Sauce tasted like canned Ragu.Very disappointing, especially when management was told we didn’t like the pizza after one slice and they did nothing. Don’t waste your money. Over hyped by a million miles. Literally the worst pizza I’ve had in over a decade. This was the thin crust. One slice and done.
Some of the best thick crust pizza out there. First impression was great. Went there with family and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.
Highly recommended and that you try it yourself if you haven't been there. Went last weekend and was surprisingly very pleased with the pizza! Some of the best tasting pizza we have had in a long time.
Pizza is awesome!!! I head pepperoni with black olives. We also ordered sausage pizza and a turkey sandwhich. All of them were great. The mini is definitely big enough for a full meal. Garlic bread is the best ever according to my kid. We will be back!!
Went there for brunch. The atmosphere was very lovely, not busy at all. The pizza slices are huge and tasty. I got a vegetarian pizza and it was absolutely delicious! The lunch specials are a steal! $6 for a slice, a salad, and a drink! The lady at the front desk was very nice and polite, the cooks were quick and efficient, every slice of pizza looked the same with same amount of ingredients. Will be back and will recommend!
We've come 3 times now! Always delicious! My husband said this is our new pizza spot! All four of us enjoy! Y'all gotta try this new local gem!$45 for our family of 4 the first time and $55 the second time (before tip on both). The second time we ordered larger sizes and were able to make an entire second meal out of it. (Below I'll write exactly what we ordered for the cost.) ?Plus, the kids meal comes with pepperoni Pizza, chips and a fountain drink for only $2.99! Basically everywhere else is double that.1st picture was from the first trip:Medium Veggie Pizza on thin crust with red sauce and extra cheese (their thin crust is only about half the dough of the regular cost, so not a true thin, but it was still good!) 8 smaller slices - my husband ate the whole thing by himselfLarge White Pizza on thin crust with added toppings (pepperoni, Italian sausage and chicken) very yummy! - me and my 11 yr old daughter shared, it was 8 slices and we had 3 or 4 leftKids Pepperoni Pizza w/ drink and bag of chips - daughter liked it - perfect size for a 10 year old, but my daughter saved her chips for later3 waters2nd picture was from the 2nd trip:Large Veggie Pizza on thin crust with white sauce and extra cheese (Husband preferred the red sauce the first time to the white sauce the second time, but did enjoy the white sauce.) -husband ate halfX-Large White Pizza on thin crust with added toppings (pepperoni, onion, ham, Italian sausage and chicken) and extra cheese - 10 Large slices, split again between me and my 11 year old daughter, we ate 4 slices and had 6 leftKids Pepperoni Pizza w/ drinkGarlic cheese bread - we wanted to try it. It was good.***This did leave enough leftover for a whole other meal.***3rd Trip we also got the cinnamon sticks to-go and I've posted a photo of those as well.
I ordered an X-Large meat lovers and supreme for carry out. They both tasted great. Only complaint I have, was the uneven dough.
