liked the dinner! first margarita was bland, 2nd was really good. didn't care for chips at all.
Get their guacamole. They make it fresh to your liking tableside. We always get great service here and food/drinks are on point!
I love the ceviche here! It’s a shame that all 3 times my family have been here, service have been slow and the servers were inattentive. We understand if it was busy, but if your server never comes around after taking your order, that’s a problem. We even had to waive down the hostess to get our check. My husband refuses to come here now. Maybe we’ll try their other locations.
Enrique was an awesome waiter! He made my first time experience w/ my sisters one for the books‼️ He has a genuine spirit & He deserves a RAISE! I would only come back for him! Love it here! (McKinney location)
Had the Rae plate which is a cheese enchilada, rice and beans and a beef taco. Fajitas and carne asada was also ordered. The food was ok. Nothing really stood out. The enchilada was a bit tart, chili con carne was a bit bland. The fajitas needed seasoning and only came with two pieces of bell peppers. The carne asada was the same. The restaurant was very clean and comfortable. The service could have been better. It's an ok restaurant.
I’m not too critical, this is a D though. Friendly, yet aloof server, nice atmosphere, drinks are ehhh, the table side made guacamole was bland, really bland. The meat was a bit tough, dry and sliced too thick. Also lacking flavor. Fun place to hang out with friends, but if you’re looking for taste; look elsewhere or if you’re on a budget, don’t splurge here.
The food at this restaurant is good quality. The experience I had at this particular location was less than ideal. For example: when I asked for a soda, they tried to give me a diet soda without telling me. This was a concern for me as I can't have diet soda. Beyond that I don't really have complaints about this restaurant.
Enrique was our server and he was great! Very polite and friendly! Food was excellent too!
Horrible service! Over 1 hour to get out food. The waitress was disappearing.We would wave her down and she blatantly ingoned us. Had to ask someone else to get her. NO WONDER the place was empty. The food was good. So good chefs. But not good enough to deal with the bad service. ..I. ...will not ever go back. The horrible service was an understatement.
We expected the regular Tex-Mex but were really impressed to see so much more. Good variety of choices that are not run of the mill. So much better. The regular things are there too but even they are a step up from other places. Service was great and managers were actively engaged with customers. We'll be back for sure.
