I was very impressed with the quality of the food here. There were large portions with very fresh food. The salads and breads, veggies were all great. My husband loved his chicken fried steak and asparagus while I enjoyed my mushroom/swiss burger and delicious fries. The menu has a great variety of good choices, making it hard to pick! I have chosen host our neighborhood dinner group here because it is so good!
Best chicken fried steak (steak fingers best), everything I've tasted is good. A hidden gem...we've taken quite a few folks to introduce them.
Chris, the bar tender is simply amazing. This place is big time in a simple environment. Casual music. WONDERFUL food. Smells great, clean and inviting. I cannot say enough good about this place. Thank you Reeshe, Naythan, Mak.... You are the reasons we constantly come back and enjoy.

Came in to celebrate a birthday lunch, the 5 of us sat at the corner booth by the wind is perfect for a group celebration. Huge menu selection, loved reading the story of how this place developed. Ordered tenders for the kids they loved it. We got the chicken fried steak dinner was huge along with 2 sides. We were sad that our green tomatoes appetizer came out with our food didn’t really enjoy it as much, but tasted good. Our waitress was very sweet n kind.
The food came out quick. The ranch depressing was very good. All of the food had good flavor. I would come back again.It does get a little loud, it’s a open space.
Food was good. Issues are beer in bottles was not cold enough but draft was nice and cold but they didn’t fill the glass to the rim (over an inch low), chili was spicy but warm in temp, not hot. Sweet potato fries were very good. Banana pudding was yummy with vanilla wafers crumbled on top. Tammy was a great server. Very quick and attentive. Super sweet.
This place has a really neat story behind it, love it! You can read more about how they got started on the back of the menu. ?they have really good appetizers, you must try the fried green tomatoes, jalapeños and pickles. Yummy!! The wedge salad was huge, we actually split it. The portion you see in the photo is just half of the portion. I chose the blackened catfish, it melts in your mouth. The staff was awesome as well, will definitely be back!
Went here for my 25th birthday and was impressed with the service. Our waiter was the bartender and took exceptional care of us. My boyfriend ordered pasta and wasn’t to impressed with it. I ordered a chicken sandwich and received a cobbler as a treat. However, less than 2 hours later I was sick from the food and spent the next day recouping. Great spot for service and drinks, but not the best when looking for exceptional food.
