If I could give negative stars, I would. I order a botana for 3 and received less meat and food than what a botana for 2 comes with. Very little meat and hardly any cheese and beans on the nachos. I called them to make sure that I had gotten the right order and they seemed like they didn't care. Horrible customer service. I traveled from the northeast and expected to get good authentic Mexican food but was severely disappointed.

I'm super annoyed with the service! This place is always pack but usually good service. Today I felt so rush and the restaurant wasn't even pack. I had someone trying to pick up my plate while I was still eating it. Like 5min later another waitress brought the ticket, without asking if we needed something. Then they have the audacity to say, "Take your time, no rush." Ummm yeah no rush but here your ticket and let me pick up your plate. ???

THERE WAS A ROCK IN OUR FOOD!!! We got a botana and my wife bit into a rock that was in the pico. She tried calling and it seemed like they didn’t even care. My wife called for 3 days straight to talk to the owner and was unsuccessful. And the lady she spoke with her said she would call her back but never did. It seems like they don’t even care about their customers. It’s a shame since we eat here every weekend and order multiple botanas for every special occasion. Y’all lost several customers following this incident.

Ordered two botanas for 6 and I have no complaints. For was good and warm. It was a lot, we could have a 6 and a 4 and still had leftovers.

Waitress took forever to take our order and it was forever to get our food. 40 minutes to get 2 tacos and a deluxe Mexican plate. Sunday after noon. Normally we always have great service. They even got the tacos wrong. Was not impressed.

Food was good and great service not to crowded I enjoyed my meal

The staff had us waiting for a table for two when there were three tables available. Eggs were over cooked and the second plate arrived way late, I had to watch my wife eat all her food by the time mine arrived. The place had lots of people, but the food was not all that, plus their staff's attitude could mess up anyone's appetite. The flour tortillas were good, if you don't mind paying $1.70 for 2.

Zamoras has multiple locations and the food tastes pretty good when it's cooked fresh but the last two times the food was not up to par. Ordered plates that came with beans and rice and you could tell they were left over from the days before. Beans were flaky and very dry, rice tasted like it was missing seasoning and reheated. At this location the service was also very slow and the cashier was so busy it took forever to cash out. Won't be returning.

Food is so good but their customer service is horrible. We ordered extra fajitas for our Panchos but when receiving the plate it looked like our usual amount of meat we get every other 100th time we ordered from here. They said that it did have extra meat on it. After awhile they sent a girl out to say they would remake the dish again and put the meat on the side so we could see the difference. We asked to just give us meat on the side but they said no. The owner rather lose/throw away a whole dish of food than to rather just give a side of meat. So they remade our Panchos and of course put less meat and then gave us a small amount of meat on the side. Just sad that they treat a regular customer that they know by name like this. Sometimes you need to make exceptions to make your customers happy Zamora’s on 23rd!!! Be better!

The food was ok. It took over 45 minutes to make (not the 30 minutes they had said). The baked potatoes were bland, undercooked (very tough), and expensive. The enchiladas, caldo de pollo and tlalpeño we're extremely overpriced ($10-$14). Of the 3, the tlalpeño was the only one that had a good flavor and was well prepared. This is probably the only dish that I'd recommend from this purchase. When I placed the order, I was on hold for an extremely long time. The cashier was genuinely very apologetic, however. Even though they were busy, they were friendly and courteous.Buyer beware: There was a mysterious "Checkout Fee" that I wouldn't have noticed had I not asked for the itemized receipt. Be prepared to pay 36% more on taxes than the usual 8 and a quarter.
