Ordered fried rice and when I got home noticed a piece of raw meat outside the plate on one of the corners next to an opening. I went back and asked for a refund, but was not given to me and the owner or manager kept on insisting to give me another plate. Refund was not even considered by the manager or or owner and kept on insisting on giving me another plate. Offering another plate after showing questionable sanitation practices is beyond me. Will never go there again.
This the worst place to eat Asian food in McAllen. The first thing the waitress was really rude with us, but still decided to give the place a shot and try it out. Then they gave me my tea in dirty cups, and when we asked if they could change them for clean ones, they literally just rinsed it with water and dried ito with napkins. (Attached "clean" cups). Before I was able to cancel my order the food arrived and the first thing I noticed was that my plate of food was dirty with dried food along the edge of the plate from who knows how long. I wanted to throw up. I don't recommend this place to anyone
Read the reviews after I ordered, should have read them before.. spent most of my time looking through the food to see if it had any roaches in it.. decided to just throw it away.
Today was my first time at this Restaurant, I've lived in different states all over the US, I try Asian food everywhere I go. Food was delicious I ordered Pad Tai. My stars are for the food however I was not charged $12.95 + 8.25% I tax. I was charged $15.70. I would like to know why aren't we told before hand. I asked for Chicken pad tai and 2 chilly paste sauces. If there's extra cost for anything we should be told when we order.
It's been awhile since I've had good oriental food. Xin Xin didn't disappoint. Had the Triple Delight and it was great. Hot and Sour soup was also spot on. I have found my new to-go-too for oriental cuisine. ??
First time visiting the restaurant and we arrived during the lunch specials of their weekly menu. Overall the place was inviting and the server was very nice. She was alone handling the lunch hour and I believed she handled it very well. ?? Portions were obviously more than enough to take home for later which we enjoy since we rarely eat out. We will definitely be returning to enjoy the asian cuisine that they offer at an affordable price compared to other places. Thank You! ?
My coworker found a rolled up napkin in her plate. Called the restaurant and the lady there called her a liar. Owner gave a refund no questions asked. Will never eat there again. Absolutely gross.
First time here staff was friendly for the only one working she did a good job. Orange chicken was tasty just needed the chicken a bit softer, combination noodles were okay just for me needed a bit more flavor. Both dishes more than enough for two people.
they have the best shrimp in the valley. their walnut shrimp in particular was really great, and thats taking into consideration the fact I usually dont like fried food. Very big portions, can definitely share one order between two people; at least id recommend it. Will be eating here again (and again)
One of the better General Tso/Chow chicken I've had in quite a while. Only reason I didn't bump it up to 5 was the use of white meat for the chicken. Was a bit dried out and tough. Using chicken thigh meat would put it over the top. The house beef noodle soup was very good as well.
