Was not greeted upon entry by employee named Haven according to the receipt. Employee did not even acknowledge me asking if I was ready to order. I had to ask the Employee if their register was available in order me to place an order. The entire restaurant looked trashed. Tables were filthy and sticky. Employees were walking in dirty water in the kitchen. While I was eating there was an employees Spotify account playing over restaurant speaker with music that was not what one would consider appropriate for a wingstop; more acceptable for maybe a raunchy club. Two male people showed up seemingly to be the boyfriends of two female employees but also seemed to work there? Maybe... because one jumped over a plastic barrier to the back kitchen while we heard the female employees yelling at him not to do so and he also rolled up some rugs as part of the routine closing process?. The two males continued to stay while the on the clock employees made themselves look to be cleaning to close for the night and have a full on conversation about what they would be doing when they get out of work. We heard the two female employees arguing with the two males that showed up. This contributed to the atmosphere experience in a negative way and I would not recommend this location to anyone at all.
1. Place was very warm2. Tables and floor were unkept.3. A lot of flies in the dining room that we had to take our food to go. Flies kept landing on our table. I could only wonder if flies were landing on our food during prep time.4. A significant amount of little fruit flies were swarming around the drink dispenser.●●●1st and last time eating there. I spent so much money on our dinner only to be disappointed.
I placed an order online with door dash delivery. When my order arrived, I opened bag and realized have of my order was missing. The half I did receive was wrong. I called in to speak to manager and after realizing they were wrong, I was told to come by in the next couple days to pick it up for the inconvenience and paid shortage of order.On the second day I went by to pick up the order. As soon as I spoke to the asst. manager he responded with a stern tone telling me he does not refund or give food over mess ups. He was extremely rude and disrespectful. I understand policies but lies are unacceptable. I explained to him how HE was the person I spoke to and accepted responsibility for the wrong order. He continued to speak to me in a tone no customer should have to tolerate. Especially in front of other customers. The assistant mgr’s name is “Rene”. At least that’s what he said. . I didn’t complain for any free food, I just wanted my order right. There’s been a few other times when they mess up on my order and I don’t say anything. However, I pay for my order in full, I expect it in full. He went as bad as to blame the Doordasher whom picks up the order not prepares it. This complaint is to warn you to check your order and beware of this disgustingly rude and disrespectful asst mgr Rene. .
I'm a Top Dasher, these guys are not well organized.l orders take too long. Then they do this thing were they go ''check'' when you ask them and never come back with an answer, estimated wait time, nothing. They literally tell you they will check and never come back. Gotta organize 4 real.
Sauce didn't taste authentic at all. Taste like eating chicken with no flavor. Very disappointed!
First time here. You feel like your always gambling the first time. It was well worth it. The flavors we had were very tasteful although the original hot wasn’t as hot as I thought it would be but still very good. Yes I would go again.
Always my Favorite. Staff is ok i wish they would hire an employee just to answer the phones it sucks to wait and wait and wait.phones should be answered first we dont see how busy the place is but the customers that go inside do see.
I love wingstop it so good I love especially is the boneless mango habanero wings because sweet with the mango and u get the kick with the habanero spice but it is really good though
called to make a order, got hung up on.. went in to make an order and the girl(manager) there was giving attitude to everyone
Wingstop is my favorite wing place, but this Wingstop is very dirty especially the fountain machines. They have mold in the ice bin and all around the fountain machines. The reason I noticed it was because of the sewage smell that reeked from the mold that has been growing around them. It is obvious that they have never been cleaned because of the mold spores growing in some areas. I did address is to the manager but he just looked at it and did nothing about it. Was to focused on completing food orders.
