This place is amazing! Never seen so much synergy in a team! As for the management, I give 100% kudos to the Manager! Her name is Iveth and I just can't help by seeing a high top maintenance restaurant. Whenever there is a spill or an accident either the manager or the team responds swiftly to the incident to prevent any other accidents. Great work. Keep up the great work!
Avoid this Wingstop at all cost me. Missing items from order. Tenders were overcooked. Went back to location and the manager admitted that all the tenders were freezer burnt. Why would they even serve it to customers if they know it’s no good!!! Manager said he would refund cost of the tenders combo… no refund received.Customer service is the freaking worse and the food reflects it.
Worst experience ever, they are so understaffed that they can not keep up with the orders. Waited over 1 hours for a simple order for 2.Skip this restaurant.
Go to another Wingstop. I was surprised to learn that my experience here was not a unique event. Ordered online and arrived 5 minutes after projected time of order. I waited over 20 minutes and then approached the counter and asked them to again check for my order. It had been sitting there the whole time. When I advised them the order was surely cold and unacceptable, they agreed and did nothing more. I had to reheat the wings and fries. Will not spend another dime at this particular Wingstop.
Wings were hot and fresh, recommend ordering ahead of time on the app or calling so you don't have to wait as long.

Super frustrated that they will confirm the order over the phone, say it back to you when you pick up the order and STILL get your order wrong. How annoying! We called in our order specifically so they would get it right and they still couldn't manage that.
Honestly I don’t like this location at all. Orders in the past are always messed up. You count burned breading with no chicken as a wing and today I got served raw fries. I’m pregnant and I could tell right away the fries weren’t fully cooked. Do better!
Waited an hour for 2 combos, then when my food was ready they didn’t tell me so they let it sit there for 10 minutes.
It was petty cool I went with 3 of my friends and we all had a blast and we didn't even spend that much to be honest
