Ok so I ordered the garlic parmesan wings. I ended up w buffalo. So i returned them, and although the waiter was extremely nice about it, im guessing the cook staff was not. I got the same wings sprinkled w parmesan cheese. They were terrible. I then took a chance and returned them again! Manager and waiter was nice about it. By the time i got the right order, we were ready to leave so i just took em home. Fried pickles ended up being my dinner. N those were pretty salty as well. Good ambiance for watching the playoffs. Not so good for their wings. Sorry.

Worst experience ever. Server Javier took 40mins to bring a drink he brought wrong the first time. Manager said we were drunk while I had just had their tall beer keep in mind I was celebrating my fiancé birthday. Honestly just worst experience then she tried charging me 60$ for 1 beer and an app of fried pickles. I was polite the whole time regardless of what she said about us. Just went here for lunch. 1 of 2 tables in the whole place. Service took some time. Ordered 2 entrees and an appetizer. The buffalo nachos as the app were disappointing. Most of the chips were over cooked and near burned. The first entree was the chicken sandwich and while it was ok the chicken was very hot (good) but the bread was cold (bad) as if it had just come out of the fridge or something. Onion rings were also cold. It was obvious that the only thing fresh was the fried chicken. The second entree was a shrimp basket. Asian shrimp was fresh but the fries had been sitting for a long time and the cheese on the fries was completely solid (cold). Over all… wish I had gone somewhere else and probably won’t be back for some time.
The service is usually pretty good. Same for the food. Still shocked how much prices have risen given inflation.
Touchtunes, the virtual jukebox, was left on yet they play other music over it. My pettiness knows no bounds, just unplug it or don't play your own music over it, you have a remote control for it.Edit: They played a good song. Still annoyed.
THE ISSUE HERE WAS NOT THE FOOD AS WE TOOK IT HOME. THE SERVICE HAS BEEN AWFUL. THE SITUATION BEGAN WHEN THE CHEESE AND CHIPS ARRIVED. THE PORTION WAS NOT TO THE RESTAURANT STANDARD. AS WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN A WEEKLY CUSTOMERS ( A FAMILY OF 6).THE MANAGER ERIKA IN MY OPINION NEEDS MORE TRAINING OR HER PERSONAL INTERACTIONS ARE HORRIBLE.
