I’m a vegetarian, so I know this placed is known for the meats, but the salads, the Cheese with mushrooms and corn with cheese empanadas and the asparagus were astonishing! Dinner was served immediately and everything fresh. Great place, super friendly service plus very reasonable prices. 5 star for us!
Love this place, cozy, comfortable, servers and chefs very involved with clients. The food is absolutely great, empanadas are amazing and the steaks and sides are very good. Everything is made when you order so it’s a great taste. Haven’t been to another Argentinian place in town like this one. I Greatly recommend This restaurant ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Very disappointed with this place.The place is very small with a strange smell. The food was awful - mushroom empanadas tasted spoiled, Mac & cheese for my granddaughter was tasteless,the green salad looked a day old. Regretted going there.

The ambiance is not what you would expect from a fine dining establishment. The constantly blaring music from a loud speaker like a stand at the pulga. You can't hear yourself think. The food however is amazing. The salads are fresh. This is the best steak i have ever had in the 956. The meats are cooked to perfection. The service is excellent. The place is small and feels almost like a bar with all the bottles of wine and beer randomly placed everywhere. It feels almost like you are eating at a restaurant in Italy.
First time here. My fiancé loves wine, I love steak.She is hispanic and I’m , well u know.We were both pleasantly surprised. My ribeye was cooked to perfection and her sweet bread and cow gut ( who eats that??) were so tasty.We will definitely b back. Service was great.Confession: the sweetbread and cow gut was tasty. I ate most of it?

We started our dinner with empanadas, 1 beef and 1 choclo both were a great ?? flavors from Argentina. Our main course was the tenderloin steak ? it was full of flavor and picana steak was juicy, both were a delight to share. We ordered a side of asparagus and mashed potatoes a perfect side along with the salad ? with house dressing. The dinner ?️ date was a success. The intimate cozy size of the restaurant make it feel very exclusive along with great live music ??
Great place. Really small. Amazing wine selection and delicious steaks. Chimichurri is yummy...small plates great too. Perfect date night!

Holy Winecow!!! This place is awesome, a must stop, the steak is to die for. My co-workers and I are in McAllen, TX for business and came to Winecow since we were craving a good steak. Winecow turned out to be GREAT STEAK! If you are in the area it is a MUST!!! and don't forget the empanadas.... There are FREAKING AWESOME!!! will definitely come back. And ofcourse they have AWESOME people working there. Friendly, courteous and always smiling. Again, a great place for steaks. Also a great selection of wines.... Just give it a try, you will love it.
