Wait 15 minutes at the speaker and no one comes to take the order. 3 other people already left. Move to the other side and they say they only have chicken. Whatever I guess. Then they don’t have onion rings. Whatever I guess. Wait 15 more minutes, decide I don’t want to wait anymore and tell them to cancel the order. The girl at the window cannot comprehend anything at all and goes to get someone else. We tell him that we don’t want our order anymore due to the bad experience and the guy gets rude. Like really?!
The guy that brought our order said he would be back with the condiments tray. He never came. I had to get up n go them myself. I could understand if it was busy but only 3 customers were inside.

I love Whataburger. Best coffee. Good breakfast. Come for breakfast daily. Excellent customer service. Great staff. Jocelyn the manager has a great crew. Followed her from another location to this one. She's always in a good mood and smiling. Come back for lunch or dinner too. I love their grilled chicken salads. Burgers are delicious. I love everything on the menu. Delicious grilled cheese sandwich too. Everything is good.
Went last night but this issue has been happening for a while now. Before the customer service used to be awesome at this location. But now it seems that the people taking your order on the drive thru are always mad. They make you feel like they are doing you the favor of taking your order. they make you feel like they hate their freaking job. it’s sad to see how the customer service went from being awesome to being dreadful. if I could give zero stars I would. I was there last night (01-22-2022) around 11:00 pm.
Went at 1am on a Thursday got old cold fries and the burgers were dry. If you go late at night make sure it's busy if not skip.
When looking at the grill young man he was not following procedures. Just flipping meat over and over again and poking at the meat. Employee on make table just grabbing meat with hands. Imagine how good the burgers would be if they followed procedures?
No menu, they ask you for your order on the side of the road by rude teenagers.
Great food. Hatch chiles on burgers are the best. Onion rings are great. Thick shakes and when they say large they mean large.
This is the second time I received cold French fries and a cold hamburger. How do you make a cold hamburger, do you just let it sit around or to make us suck even faster maybe they place it in the refrigerator!
