Ordered through the drive thru. My drive back to my office is only 2 minutes. The bun was tough and dry and the burger wasn't even warm. It tasted like a burger that had been under a warmer since yesterday. One would think they would take more pride in the food they serve.
It's WHAT A BURGER !!! After all these years they still got it. It's my burger of choice at 2am and ha other times of the day too. Even though stores are always busy I never feel I waited forever in line. Great service
The staff at Wataburger are always friendly, I have yet to go to one with bad customer service. The food is good, and they deliver it to your table fast and without mistakes.

poor customer service took them 15 mins to take me a plain chicken sandwich ..had to honk at them so they could be remembered I a was still there smh
They aim to please. Great selection of hamburgers prepared just the way you want it. My favorite is toasted buns.Your trip to Texas isn't complete unless you savor a Whataburger.
No more Whataburger for me. Patties have gotten thinner and the fries are not fresh. And the gravy is more water down lately.
This is my almost 10 order ,we add cheese to the order and we didn't get it.Always we order with cheese and we don't received.Is not for the money ,is because I feel terrible Always when I open my hamburger.
Came from out of town. The line was almost to the street and we were still in and out with a car full of combos and drinks. We got our condiments, napkins, and great service. The Fantastic Food was the icing on the cake. I'll be eating here a few more times before I head back home. (The food was so good we're going to give the one near us a try when we get home. It's fairly new and we weren't sure if we wanted to give it a go.) Great Staff, Thank You So Much. Great first meal of our Holiday!
Terrible service. Store was dirty. Had to wait over 20 minutes to get my coffee done. As a matter of fact, I had to remind the attendant of making my coffee and then she brought me the wrong size. I noticed that drive-thru lines were huge around 11 pm Saturday night. Restaurant not recommended. I wish google had zeroes, they definitely deserve it.
