Two employees on their day off eating were so obnoxious. Talking about their husbands and having a boyfriend at the same time. I don't need to hear about your lack of morals/affair while I'm having a meal with my family. The two girls were going on and on. I just wanted to throw away my food and leave.
They got my order all wrong. My daughter's burger had my cheese and they gave me grilled onions instead of grilled jalapeños. Kids need to pay more attention when you're ordering.
The service and quality has hit rock bottom here......I don't blame it on the workers.....it definitely has to be horrible management....and doesn't even seem like they give two fks.....pulled up to second drive thru lane at the same time a Mercedes pulled up to the 1st one....we both ordered at the same time..... we both pulled foward at the same time......40 minutes went by......still waiting in second lane.....and atleast 9 cars had passed me and received their orders on the 1st lane.....why?....if there's going to be 2 lanes why does the 1st lane get priority? I was going to ask the young girl but decided not to as she herself looked frustrated even being there.
Whataburger is usually the go to for late night eating, but this trip was not the best. The burgers were put together very poorly, fries and onion rings were cold and old. Ordered diet cokes, but got Dr. Peppers, whole order was messed up.

The service was fast even when there was quite some people on the drive tru, clean tables, food was good. Nothing to complain about.
New remodel. Who cares. There was no one in the drive thru line and still got barely warm food. Onion rings were cold!! I barely go to Whataburger for this same reason.

So ever since they remodeled this Whataburger I don’t know what it is but the food is different and not in a good way. Just got a Buffalo chicken strip sandwich and even asked for extra sauce and still they didn’t put sauce! This is the third time that happens. Even after I asked for extra sauce. They don’t give ketchup either even after I ask for it also! Guess they are under new management because this would never happen before the remodel. I just want my old Whataburger back!
Fast & friendly service! Love this location. However they need to have their shake machines running. The place literally just remolded lol. C Mon now!
