Parking lot was very spacious and clean. Inside was being swept as we were there. Soda fountains were a bit messy but extras were well stocked. Took a bit for our orders to come (once drink, after my daughter arrived lunch, then take home kids meal for dinner), all ordered at different times. It was steady but not crowded. Associates were pleasant and even stopped at the tables to see if anyone needed anything. Food was great!

I never come by this location since I’m from mission, but this whataburger is AWESOME! Nina has amazing customer service, and such a great vibe. She did everything possible to complete my order in a very professional manner. She made it worth the drive and I was satisfied with the experience overall!
The bathroom was ridiculously dirty March 20th, 2022 at 11PM. I was sick just from the smell and filth in the bathroom. If it’s that dirty in the bathroom, I can’t imagine how clean or dirty their kitchen is.\\n\\nThe burger didn’t taste that good, but it wasn’t bad either.
A little disappointed. Changed the sauce on the mushroom cheese burger. Didn't care for it. Otherwise hot food and fast. Came out by the time we got to the table.
I always had good experiences here until today. I had to get out from my car to get my order even though I checked in for curb side pick up. The service was less than ok, but the food was good.
Should give them 1 star but any Whata automatically gets 2. Every single time I come here, no matter what time, the fries are at least a day and a half old. Cold and stale every single time. Make sure to ask them for fresh fries.
At these wataburger location, they have'd always messed up our order, (Meaning my family order and mine too). I don't know what I've done wrong, but they is always a full order mistake, no question ask.
A couple of weeks ago, had bad service, ordered breakfast on a bun and got huge piece of egg shell. Give them another opportunity today, got sick from chicken strips order, never visit again. Sad because it has always had good food and service. Not this location
Are you kidding! As soon as I walked in I noticed the place was filthy. They had the frying oil cartons on top of the counter next to the cashier. The managers were walking around like they had no clue me and other takeouts had to wait a long time to get our food. Whataburger on 23rd and Business 83. Trash?
