When I went, there was some lady training a new employee (I think) and was rude to both me and the employee she was training. With that out of the way I will say the food was good and the new employee even upsold me a cookie which was still warm (maybe they had just baked them idk). I give it a 3 star because the bathrooms were disgusting and so was that lady's attitude. Clean up the place (including management) and I'd gladly give it 5 stars.
I've gone to Wendy's two nights this week and have been very disappointed. Tonight really takes the cake! I ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger and when I got home I saw that it looked like the bun was warmed up in the microwave or something. You know how bread gets all wrinkly once you take it out of the microwave? Then to top it off it was cold! I don't know what's going on there now but I won't be returning anytime soon. Maybe new management that doesn't care or just the employees that are there to pay instead of work. When I was driving up to the drive thru, one of the girls was sticking her head out the drive thru window and yelling something out to the car in front of me. Very unprofessional to say the least.

This is a strange restaurant. It isn't consistent. I will come to your restaurant and get great fresh meals then next week get poor meals. Staff fairly friendly.
Fries were nice an hot on one visit, next visit they were very cold. You need to ask for hot fries to get them.
I love Wendy's but for this specific review I will be honest. Think of it as constructive feedback. It's a great place for breakfast biscuits, nuggets and frosties. They are awesome! Reason for 2 stars is due to cleanliness and de line in burger quality. Now lets talk cleanliness, it's a hit or miss. The floor is sticky. This is probably due to the drink station is located right next to door.The condiments station is a mess. Most times there are multiple dirty tables so we just carryout if we are inside ordering. Hoping this changes especially due to Covid Era we live in. It was not like this but it has declined over the years. Restrooms need regular cleaning like other restaurants but it seems like they are neglected most of the time. We used to frequent this place two to three times a week with my kids. Love the four for four deals. We now visit about twice a month via takeout or drive through for sausage egg and cheese biscuit and bacon egg and cheese biscuits for breakfast. Now I know working in a fast food establishment is not glamorous, I did this when younger, but would it be too much to ask for service with a smile. I guarantee this would turn this place around to what it used to be.
Was very disappointed in my last two orders. For some reason both times my burgers had absolutely nothing on them. Burger and bun smh. And of course they didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call smh

I ordered breakfast, a sausage egg sandwich to be exact with seasoned wedges. I am upset It took me so look to introduce my tastebuds to such amazing taste. Ghostpepper ranch.. my lord. Amazing. Thank you wendys for never disappointing my hunger.
I always like coming here because they have some respectable spicy Chicken nuggets at least to what I find spicy :3
