We visited Wallbangers this past weekend, our server Maia was nice and attentive to us. I had the el Rey burger my sister had the cheesy burger. Both fries were really good.I like my sweet potato fries nice and crispy and here they had them just like that. Will definitely eat here again when I’m back in McAllen
Tried this place for the first time to celebrate my son's birthday. I'm glad I did because this place didn't disappoint. I enjoyed the atmosphere, it felt like an Archie/ Pulp Fiction kinda vibe, their $5 milkshakes Are Great. I think I found the best tasting burgers( in my opinion)the buns are my favorite,they are toasted,soft and buttery. I definitely recommend this place if you're looking for good tasting handcrafted burgers. Service was great too,very attentive, happy hour would be a good time to come as there isn't too many people and have several menu specials.
Food is good as always, but the staff are very rude, the servers will not pay attention to thier tables. We waited 35 min. Just to take our order. When I did order our apps it took forever, so when I asked, she didn't even put in the order. Had to wait even longer. Charged me double for the sides. It was a mess. I'm a very understanding person and it was not busy enough to be waiting that long. Our server would leave us unattended for a long period of time we had to ask another server for help and assistance. It was hard to get refills or even just things we needed or were missing. I hope y'all can fix this. I like coming here but the service is making me.not want to anymore.
Wallbangers still holding strong. The El Rey burger I ordered was sooo good. Huge manly burger. I can only imagine how much bigger the next size is. Love the twisted potato wedges. Place is kept very clean. Servers were great and attentive. Didn't even have to ask for refills on drink. Great family environment and lots of TVs to watch. What really sets them apart in my humble opinion is the buns they use. They were nicely toasted and complimented the flavors of the burgers. Will keep coming back.
i usually have a great experience, but not today. I came in and waited to be seated for ten minutes and when I finally got seated, my waitress didn’t get to me in another 10. Food took over an hour to get to me while I watched the waitresses flirt with the men at the bar. I saw our food done and ready and took the waitress an hour and a half to actually bring it to us. Need new waitresses!

The service was incredible. Server had beautiful manners and great with children. The food was amazing and large in quantity. Safe and clean atmosphere.
Atmosphere was great. Service was excellent. I tried the El Rey burger and it was delicious, sweet potato fries are great too. All other burgers looked amazing too. Highly recommend this place.
Wallbangers has become a go-to spot for me and my partner. The burgers are very good and the service is quick and friendly. Standard American comfort food fare in a sports bar kind of atmosphere.
Our party of 4 all enjoyed their meals. The service was from new employees that were eager to please the customer. Very good food at reasonable, though not cheap prices.
