It was our first time here in McAllen, and we loved it. The food was excellent and it was nice out on the patio. We will be back for sure!
The host who was at the front on Friday needs to learn customer service etiquette.She was treating guests very rudely.Whoever the owner is is losing out on a lot of profit.On the way in, many people were walking out saying there was no tables available, but the patio was half empty and there was an hour wait time.I got in spoke with the manager saying I just wanted to get a couple of drinks and stay standing , the hosts continued to approach me telling me to stay away from the table because they were reserved for a party that never showed up. I sure hope that they got a deposit on those people who never showed up.In the meantime 15 to 20 tables were still open in the patio if I was playing in the band I sure would have loved to have a crowd watching me sing and the possibility of making tips from those clients.Playing to empty seats is no fun.By 11 p.m. The crowd had thinned out, and no party ever showed.On a good note, the bartender Brandon was hospitable and another host. I believe I was told Renaldo did a very good job.Many venues across the city to spend your money in, you would think they would work nicer to get your money.
Aaron was a GREAT bartender! I got off of work. I needed a beer and a shot! I said what I was looking for. he suggested a couple of good beers. and he made really good green tea shots!! the other bartender helped as well, good service. but he took a little more time to help.
The food is delicious especially the Mushrooms and staff is super friendly
First time going there. The food was delicious. The staff was nice and check on us often Love the outdoors dinning. The band Texas Strom was awesome Enjoyed listening to there music. We will definitely be coming back
