The chop was nothing but grease, the moist chop was dry as a bone and the ribs were tough and flavorless. Definitely not Texas BBQ

The Brisket here is delicious, the prices are okay I'm sure a little lower would entice a lot more customers.The El Jefe Sandwich is delicious for $14 your sandwich has about 1/2 pound of moist Brisket, sausage link slices, coleslaw and BBQ sauce. The bun was pretty plain, I would recommend for them to put some butter on the bun and toast it slightly.Overall The combination of all the above ingredients is amazing, i highly recommend you this sandwich option.
