Always enjoyed everything about this store, but tonight I was disappointed. first time ever my steak was overcooked and both sides cool..obviously food sat aside waiting too long..the waiter graciously took it back to redo but it took quite awhile...to do my medium rare steak, and the others 5 in our party were finished eating by the time my food came back. no apologies, no accommodation of any kind offered.. disappointing.
Here..at TEXAS ROADHOUSE... AND IT IS AWESOME... THOMAS..!!!! U r EXCEPTIONAL..!!!! Thomas...suggested.... Kenneys cooler.... Blue drink... It was DELICIOUS...I had 2... Wanted more but...later id b??... My hubby ordered the steak..with sauted onions...Thomas recommended.. Husband loved it.... My mother had the ribs... She tore..them up... !! T homas was great... ( I love the servers..they r awesome)... Thank u all... At Texas Roadhouse... Thomas... U ROCK....!!
Was disappointed to say the least for our visit to Texas Roadhouse. We travel a LOT and "TR" is always a good stop for a good steak. However, on our visit to this particular one, we were kind of flabbergasted. The normal wood chairs seem to have had about 5 inches of the legs cut off which made them incredible uncomfortable to set in and try to dine. I am well over 6' tall (with bad knees) and it was difficult to rise up from the chair, as well as it seemed my plate was directly in front of my face as I sat at the table. Not sure what is up there, but it needs to be addressed. Our dinner was good as usual, except I ordered my standard "Jim Beam Rocks" and I am not sure what the waiter brought me, but it was not Jim Beam. I questioned her and she brought me another that was again not Jim Beam. I have been a Beam drinker for YEARS and I know the flavor. Disappointed in this TR, and probably won't return for a considerable while.
Great atmosphere and service. Our waitress was wonderful and the food was good. I do recommend choosing your steak if not you'll received one with a lot of fat.

Took wife here for her birthday. Very tender and juicy prime rib. The ribs were awesome. Very quick service and an excellent server named Star! Very busy place. Recommended.

I placed an order online for curbside pickup. Placing the order was easy, but when I got to the restaurant there was no curbside parking available because people ignored the sign and just parked to dine in, so I had to find a parking and walk to the pick up window. The girls at the window gave me my order then told me to check it. This was an $80 order that I tipped $15 on for them to tell me to check my order. I should have asked for my tip back if they were not even going to make sure my order was correct in the first place, which it wasn’t. The cook temperature on my meats were not correct, one was over cooked and the other was under cooked. I had also asked for my burger to be dry which it was not. I was also missing my extra sweet potato that I had ordered.I do not recommend ordering Togo.
