Placed my drive-thru order and went to the windows. Waited about 20 minutes before someone finally came just to ask, “yes, can I help you?” Like I hadn’t placed my order. Seriously???? When I said I wanted my order, he brought up someone else’s before getting to mine. I wonder if they do it on purpose so people can just drive off and they don’t have to make them. He said I had to go around and wait in the parking lot for my order because it was going to take ANOTHER 15 minutes. Opened our bag when we got home (about 5 minutes away) and the tacos were freaking soggy. I would give it a 0 stars if I could. Not saying to fire these kids but if they don’t want to work, go home.
Downgrading my 5-star review to 2 stars. Ordered two craving packs. 8 crunchy tacos and 8 burritos but two grilled. I then noticed that they forgot to add the layer of tortilla and cheese. The manager was like do you want us to remake them or do you want the tortillas. I laughed and said that I want what I ordered. Gave them the 8 burritos to remake and instead I got 4 churchy tacos and 4 grilled burritos. At this point, I was like night shift is stupid, and left it at that.
The original Taco Bell was good 30 years ago but now I don't like it
So whoever they decided to hire to represent themselves in the Drive-Thru ruined my afternoon by making me wait in line order and when I finally was able to get to the window told me she didn't know how to charge half of my card half in cash did not know how to do it and could not come up with a solution for this problem which is freaking ridiculous. I absolutely hate wasting time like that. She could have rang it up two separate orders I don't understand this problem I end up going home extremely unhappy and freaking disappointed my stomach was really craving Taco Bell.
So I ordered a chicken Chipotle melt which is supposedly spicy, and I got something that was not spicy at all. I'm kinda mad that I didn't get what I ordered but the burritos that I did get were good.
Gone a few times and have always been pleased with my choices. The food tastes fresh and delicious, and their customer service has always been great.
I had been sick & not eating. My stomach was able to handle Taco Bell pretty good. Ate all 3 supreme tacos.
Best Taco Bell i been too in McAllen and versus Mission the portions are always on point good is always fresh!!
This is our favorite place to eat. Everyone is friendly and they serve your food right. They do give you your order right.
Haven't eaten all day, so it tasted glorious ☺️
