COULD YOU PLEASE LOWER THE VOLUME ON YOUR SELF-ORDER KIOSK IN YOUR DRIVE THRU?!It's obnoxiously loud. I've mentioned it before to the cashiers but it doesn't seem to have changed. I've been to other subways where the volume is loud without being overbearing (Subway on Trenton and McColl, next to Burger King).Other than that, the service and food are pretty good but if you don't like having the kiosk scream at you with every press of a button, I'd recommend another Subway location (Trenton and McColl for instance).

Waited in drivethru for nearly 45 mins, took 20 mins to make half of our order , they didn’t make the 3rd sandwich, waited 20 more mins for the 3rd sandwich. Makes no sense at all.

Came to this location on a Tuesday around 7:30PM. They were already out of soup, the bread was not fresh (it was actually kind of stale). The 2 employees were just mediocre. The drink fixing area was not the best. There was some kind of liquid under the lids. I was very disappointed.

Horrible service don’t place online orders is useless

Ordered half an hour before through the app when I got to the store when the app said the order was ready I was told it was about to get started horrible service

Waited a total of 25 minutes and still waiting currently at the drive thru.

This is my go to Subway because the employees are aways very nice . The only thing I don't like is that I feel bad for the employees that close because it's one person taking all the in store, online, drive-thru and phone orders. I have learned to be patient when they take long and I encourage everyone to do the same. Have a heart

Employees are very nice and helpful. But only one employee 9 to 10 To take care of drive-thru Customers, online customers, and phone orders. I understand now why they take so long. Ps food is great .
