Customer service here is HORRIBLE!!! The young lady that is preparing your sub gets out from the back like force to do her work. This is the second time I stop by because I work close to the area.
It says its open till 9 but when I arrived it was closed. I did notice that when I pulled in they turned off their sign as well. I was there at 8 for lunch, due to my late night shift. ? Had to now find another place to eat on short notice. How rude and unprofessional at least change the hrs of opening instead of wasting people's time of traveling.
I was greeted with an attitude i wasnt even greeted at all the ladys looked like they didnt even want to attend me the cashier threw the receit at the counter didnt even say thank walked away i mean i dont t want them to bowdown at me im nobody but a small hello or thank you at a business goes a long way makes ppl want to go back and right after me a couple of other customers showed up they were greeted fine they just need to change their attitude if you dont like youre job quit simple as that
Horrible service.
Very poor service. Everytime I walk in to order the manager has a bad attitude and hardly gives you a chance to see what you want. The only reason I come back is because its the only subway near my job.

Worse subway ever bad customer service the guy did one half scoop for a foot long even after I told him then they gave me attitude after telling them avoid coming here
The server was rude from start to finish. Management needs to remind them about customer service and not letting them hear about how bad the restaurant is treating them.
