At the mall ready to order at Starbucks at 5:15pm and the employee says “we are closed.” It clearly says closes at 7pm- on the web as well. Many customers well confused and disappointed. Worst service!

This Starbucks is owned by Simon mall. If you want to use your Starbucks rewards you can't, why? because they are greedy and don't want to give anything for free. You earn your rewards and should be able to use them at any Starbucks location. Also if you notice prices are slightly higher then other Starbucks, going back to being greedy. I only give a 1 star because of the employees, they provide good service. If it wasn't for them I would give it zero stars( which I can't because Google won't allow it).
