This place is obviously great for coffee lovers. I love the Iced Caramel Macchiato with extra caramel! I always pair it with a Chocolate Croissant.Today, I tried the Tomato & Mozzarella on Focaccia bread. It was lackluster to say the least. I had tried the other warm sandwiches in the past and had been satisfied before. I will never be trying this particular sandwich, though!
I LOVE to order from the mobile app and pick up in store. The Starbucks employees are very friendly. I’ve ordered at 7am and at 4:30pm in the past two days and I’ve had great service.
It’s the small things that matter the most to me. You NEVER know when someone is having a bad day and they see something like this. AMAZING staff at my FAVORITE Starbucks. Thank you ?? this made my day.

Come on corporate!! For weeks your poor workers are getting angry ppl bc you can't order STRAWS FLAVORS AND NECESSITIES.GET WITH IT! you know coffee drinkers are already high strung ppl and then to pull up to window and NO STRAWS FOR A DRINK? HAD TO GO TO WHATABURGER NEXT DOOR TO GET STRAWS. THIS IS 2 WEEKS ALREADY. LAST TIME WE AT LEAST GOT SPOONS FOR DRINKS. OUT OF SOOONS THIS TIME. WARN AT THE ORDER PORTAL OUT OF STRAWS. YOU MAY HAVE TO SNORT YOUR DRINK UP YOUR NOSE ??

The ONLY starbucks that instantly helps customers with complaints/drink changes.The other Starbucks' will avoid your eye contact when you need help, but this one always is asking if we need help :)

Tried calling the store to report Sunriver cutting in line, didn't get an answer the three times I called. The guy was able to cut in line and when we got to the speaker, we told them what had happened and were told "we can't do anything about it" my husband asked them to refuse service and was once again told "we can't do anything". There were 6 cars that the guy cut off and he was still able to order before others who had waited. The store has a right to refuse service and the guy on headset didn't stop to inform a manager about the situation. Definitely not coming back to this location again.
