Ordered a strawberry frap for someone pregnant and the very nice older lady barista made me the best frap! You could tell she took her time and made it with extra care!! Super appreciate it and her efforts, great service <3
Horrible experience today coming to this starbucks. Drive thru employee completely incompetent doing their job and answering questions from customer, very rude and spoke to the manager. Manager unaware of what happened do to not wearing headphones. Gave me a poor explanation of what will happen next to correct employee actions do to my complaint. Very dissatisfied with overall services starbucks as a chain, im okay never stopping at another starbucks after this situation. Haven't been to a starbucks in months and this is why. I did not give you this review you earned this review!

Of course Starbucks is always good, but this location is just that: good, but not great. They're hit and miss on having what's on their menu. If you order cold brew, for example, they may possibly have it. It's a roll of the dice. They may have the flavor of frapuccino advertised on their menu, maybe. You could get lucky and they'll have the food item advertised on their menu. Now, they'll have /something/ you can drink or eat, and the things from Starbucks is good, but they may not always have your first choice.
The employees are sassy or at least the one who took my order . I asked for a specific item then when he got it wrong and I told him he decided to tell me I didn’t mention I want it that. They also forgot my straw. Other than that service is very quick
The breakfast sandwich with double smoked bacon was awesome. The egg was fresh, the bacon was crispy and the bread was flaky and well toasted.
This Starbucks is by far superior to any other SB in the valley. They’re the fastest and happiest. Also the peppy guy with the glasses keep him at all cost, sweetest dude. I wrote this review for him :)
