The restrooms are unisex not good. I went to one didn't know which one to pick. So I just went in. As I walked in there was feminine towels ? and it was not a good site. I was invited to a coffee. I never go there. And last time I'll go. I normally go to Scooters.
I tried to call this place to tell them of my experience but I think there's something wrong with the line. But my complaint is that the bag were they gave me my oatmeal they put 2 agave syrup which I didn't ask for. But I guess that they didn't see but it was opened and by the time I arrived to my work the bag was wet so my oatmeal feel to the ground. To top it off now the seat of my car has a stain. So I'm with a stained seat and no breakfast. Thank you.
Usually I like customer service here but today in the morning around 10:30 through the drive thru I felt like I was being extremely rushed before I could even finish my order he asked me like anything else so many times that I didn’t have any time to let him know what kind of milk I wanted in my drink and he just kept rushing me even out the window when I told him that I had forgotten something because he just kept rushing me and he even said it was it wasn’t possible to do that that my drink was already made which I understand but like he was just being so rushed like there was only 2 cars behind me it’s wasn’t even packed I don’t understand why he was being like that also
This is one Starbucks that is not too busy like some other nearby ones.It is an older store and it shows but the partners keep it clean.
Rude workers. They mumble behind the masks and roll their eyes when asked to repeat themselves
The Starbucks staff at this location are super friendly and are great at making suggestions when certain products are out of stock.Miranda was especially helpful because they were out of the Dragonfruit bits and suggested Strawberries to replace them in my favorite drink. 10/10!
