I'm a LYFT driver and stop here frequently to order a drink and wait for a ride request. Love the staff here, hands down my fav Starbucks in the RGV.
I tried thus location by accident and in glad I did, is actually the only one where I get what I order and let me tell you Illy orders are really simple is either caramel macchiato or coffee mocha as simple as that and in other locations I never get it right. Keep the food job thank you ??

Had a problem with my drink, manager was able to fix it very quickly. Gave me a new drink again, good customer service ☺️
Ordered a Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew ! I went back to ask for sweet Cream and Manager said that was an additional charge for extra “ I paid for sweet cream and none was added “ I’m aware of the extra cost and if they WOULD HAVE NOT MESSED UP MY DRINK ORDER IN THE FIRST PLACE I WOULD NOT BE ASKING FOR SWEET CREAM !
AVERAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I love Starbucks customer service, this one in particular is not bad, but it lacks Starbucks spirit big time. I felt I was getting coffee from a fast food restaurant.
Same service in all Starbucks. Was out of my flavor for a while due to shipping woes.
Had a problem and gave outstanding service to fix it. Service felt genuine and I felt taken care of.They're always fast with smiles which is hard to do. Makes me want to work here or spend hours drinking coffee. I would say they "create an uplifting experience in less than 5 mins". Nice job guys.
