Waited 15 minutes with the button pushed and it said it was activated yet still no one has taken my order I’m on my lunch break and wasted 20 waiting on them and now I’m not going to have time to get something else and have time to eat before my lunch is over. Very rude and unprofessional. And it screwed me over completely. I’m a very dissatisfied customer.
Ordered a Sonic Blast Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough and 20 minutes passed and never brought the order and it was just one item i was already running late for an appointment. Yes it was paid for and well i got mad and left what a waist of money never again at that sonic on ware rd and nolana
it's like chilli is a rare thing now or something. does nobody know how to make a frito pie? it's pathetic how dry this thing is and they do it to alot of stuff that calls for chilli.

I thought I'd give Sonic another try after my last experience with a frozen burger. This time ordered milk shakes and it took a while. We saw the prompt of our server coming but it took 15 mins after we saw that prompt to get our milk shakes. It might be this particular Sonic that I have trouble with. The one in Edinburg I've gone multiple times and had no issues.
Worst service ever! Coffee was cold. Breakfast combo was missing the tater tots. I wasnt given a receipt to see who was working this morning. Point is, if you dont like your job. Let someone else have it.
