Very nice employee love the place
Unfortunately I use to love this Smoothie King but its MAJORLY SLOW! I've given it a try now for 2 weeks and got the same SLOW service. I'm gonna move on.
Had a great experience at this place. Great staff very professional, very helpful, they have the time to explain what you can enjoy to give your taste buds. Highly recommend this place. Have gone there a few times but have always had the same experience. Not to many places I can say this about.

I ordered on the app and it said my order would be ready at 8:15. I got there at 8:16 and was going to walk into the lobby but I saw that the lobby was closed without closing the door. Went through the drive-thru. I told them I ordered through the app and they didn’t ask for my name and a traditionally female voice told me to drive through the window. There was one car in front of me. But I saw people walking into the lobby. I was annoyed already. By 8:30. I got to the window. I waited saw people walk back and forth from the window not once was it opened to ask me for my name. When the person finally tried to give me my drink it was someone else’s order. This person had a lower register to their voice. I gave them my name three times spelt it out for them as I usually do with my last name. Then by 8:40 got my smoothie. First time getting a smoothie in for ever and first time from this company. I like the smoothie but not too happy about the customer service. I typically expect maybe a 5 to 10 minute wait not nearly a half hour because they are not enforcing their own rules.
I love this place. Shakes are amazing. My favorite is the banana boat. I order ahead and it's ready when I arrive and I love that it's around the corner from my job. Thank you!!!

I usually visit this location frequently Ventura is very helpful and friendly I appreciate great customer service and can’t forget about the smoothie it’s alway just the way I order it thank you
I dont know. I got the peanut power plus and it was what i can only describe as blended ice with a slight hint of cacao. Literally nothing else
