The waiter took our drinks order but left no straws, brought the food then 20 minutes later brings the SALAD. We asked for bread at least 7 times and he kept apologizing for forgetting but never brought it until we were getting ready to leave. He brought a refill and it had flies. Over all not the dinner experience we were hoping for after a long day at work.
Excellent customer service. Steve (General Manager) of this location goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service.Sam, our waiter, was very professional and provided my wife and I a succulent lobster dinner. The food was hot and served in a timely manner. The atmosphere of the restaurant is pleasant. Definitely a place to bring friends, family and loved ones to dine.My wife and I have always loved going to Red Lobster. Due to Covid 19, the requirements to dine have changed from time to time.It was great to be able to dine in. I really felt my wife and I were valued as customers. Also, when you dine out don't forget to tip your waiter or waitress. These employees go out their way to make your dinning experience a memorable one. If you can't leave at least 15% gratuity then maybe you should stay home and serve yourself.Sorry if I've offended anyone but I think we as customers forget the effort put into preparing and serving a meal.We also forget to take care of each other. That means to pass your blessings along to others. You will be blessed for your kindness and thoughtfulness. You never know what the waitress or waiter is dealing with while they try to serve you with a smile. It's a God thing my brother's and sister's.If you don't understand, I can't help you my friend. Try this place out and ask for Steve. My first impression of Steve was he cared sincerely about people in general. That's a good hearted individual. God's people are all around you. Remember that. May God bless you and your family as he has blessed mine.Peace.I forget to take pics of our meal. We ate our food to fast ???
Food was delicious, our waiter was wonderful. When she found out it was my sister's birthday she surprised her with an ice cream to share with the rest of the party. It was so sweet we didn't have the heart to tell her the majority of the party was lactose intolerant. It was a fast drive home, but that Red Lobster has always been our family's go-to since it opened and we'll always go back.
We ordered 3 appetizers and 3 entrees all different. Everything was hot and very tasty. Couple of the items were new to the menu since I was there last. I enjoyed everything. The biscuits tasted lighter, which I enjoyed very much. The service was excellent, definitely deserved extra on the tip. The safety measures are still in effect, and of course we appreciated that. Definitely will go back and dine-in.
I'm not the one to do reviews, but this was just terrible me and my family came in and sat down for a whole hour! Never got our drinks . They came and asked us what we would like for starters and drinks , got it down . Hour passes by and nothing not even a "sorry were taking long" by the main server , he walked by so many times and noticed. We got up and left. Never again
Even though the staffing was limited our experience was very good. We were greeted by a friendly greeter and seated in about 20 minutes. Our server was Pedro C and he was absolutely working his tail off. He had the entire section and did an excellent job in taking care of us all. He was rushed to the max trying to take care of several tables, but remained very friendly and courteous. Our order was served very hot and the food was great. When it came time for paying Pedro was very kind and patient with our split check and thanked us for coming. We too thanked him for his excellent service and his noticeable efforts to make our dining experience very enjoyable.
Delicious seafood! Loved their biscuits freshly made and the plates are good sized ! Recommended to spend a good time and have a feast of seafood!
I came to the red lobster in north 10th street about 12.15 pm on 2-26-22. It took a few minutes for someone to acknowledge I was there. I noticed there wasn’t many people in parking lot and there was nobody waited to be seated and that not many people were in the restaurant. A young man came to the front and asked me if it was a table for 1 and I said yes. He told me there would be a 10 minute wait . It didn’t make sense when the restaurant didn’t have that many people in it and nobody was waiting to be seated. I didn’t ask and left the restaurant. I didn’t see any manager around . You would think for the prices they charge for the food there this wouldn’t happen.
Our service for today, was not great. It took about 2 hours to get their famous bread. We asked about 3 times for it, and every time they would say it was in the oven. Once they brought our food out after 2 hours, they brought the bread. I would understand if it was busy, but today was a slow day. Bad service for today.
great food & great friendly service
