Heard about this food truck spot from my coworker, so we all went to grab dinner after a long day. I'm always up for something I've never had before and at this spot, it was Venezuelan food. I'm so glad I made this choice because 1) food was delicious & filling (I ordered the pabellon bowl) and 2) the owners were the sweetest! You can tell they really care about authenticity and the quality of the food they serve. If I'm ever in McAllen again, I will bee line to them ?
This place was sooooooo good I HIGHLY recommend it I had the plátano frito? my husband had the che vete burger and OMG is all I have to say. MUST TRY!!!!!
Great food everytime. We tried a dessert last night after we ate arepas and meat empanadas. They were little rolls fried that were filled with nutella and cream cheese. Deliscious!! I highly recommend them. Different food experience and they have a little something for everyone.
This is my first time trying Venezuelan cuisine. I went to the their Food Truck not knowing what to order. I was recommended the "Dientes de Dragón" cachapa. It is HUGE! It was a bit sweet for my taste, but I could tell it was made well. I also tried the pastelito andino with "queso con papa". I didn't like it.
