If I could give 0 stars I would. Not sure if the employee at the drive thru was having a rough day but he seemed annoyed that he had to take our order, giving sighs and ughs while ordering. Fine whatever, used to it at other places. At the window he made it very clear he didn't want to be there. However, there was a spider in my daughter's drink! He changed it but did not apologize and looked annoyed that he had to do that! I don't ever expect the best customer service but this was unacceptable.
I like the taste but its fried in vegetable oil which is very bad for health, and also has msg which is also very bad.
3/27/2022...Ordered 10pc and 6 biscuits..The chicken was horrible, appeared to be day old warmed up chicken...biscuits were horrible as well.. hard as a rock..Since I live a few miles away and gas being so expensive, I did not want to go back. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
Enjoyed the Classic Chicken sandwich combo,real freshly made taste ,,NOT greasy at all, meat remained hot,sides were only so,so, good service,clean place,not crowed like Chickfilet,,
Mac and cheese and biscuit were good, but I went for chicken tenders and they were horrible!! They tasted like they had been sitting under a heat lamp for 4 hours. They were hard. Took a couple bites and threw the rest of them away. Very disappointed!!
I asked for barbecue sauce after i had gotten my order and the manager Lady required for me to pay$ for it ...i dont think they should do that ...
I ordered 2 breast, paid extra for that . I got home with a thigh and a leg . I had to drive back to get my order right . I asked the employee if my mashed potatoes were in the box and he replied “I think so”. I don’t expect anything free but would have expected a sincere apology. NEVER AGAIN ?
Terrible place to go. I thought KFC had small pieces. Popeyes beat them with even smaller pieces. 2 thighs didn't even make one. And the biscuits were hard as rocks.
Good food... Great place to go out with the family.
Delicious chicken and mashed potatoes! We went at 1:30 and the chicken was just coming out. They also had some good specials.
